What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy HubSpot Sales Hub is to use—it keeps everything organized without feeling overwhelming.
The automation is a lifesaver for follow-ups and reminders, so nothing slips through the cracks.
Plus, the insights and reports make it super clear where we’re winning and where we can improve.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a bit pricey, especially as you scale and need more advanced features.
A few customization options could be more flexible to fit unique workflows.
Also, some reports take a bit of time to set up the way you want.

It’s helping keep all my leads, deals, and conversations in one place so nothing gets lost.
Automation takes care of repetitive tasks, freeing up more time for actual selling.
The tracking and reporting make it easier to see what’s working and adjust quickly for better results.

Got too expensive after a point, better alternatives available for cheaper pricing....

I will be honest, besides the crm and proposals aspect, we failed short to use the tool to its maximum potential... Just couldn't get around to it...

Didn't use the product that much to be really sure what we liked or disliked about it honestly

Follow up, reminders, tags, events, sales proposals, calls, emails, messaging, all of this primarily and then some more

I am struggling to get the reporting I need but blame user error. I just don't have the time to train myself and it's not as intuitive as I'd like. When I try to capture last week's activity, it changes every time I pull it which baffles me.

My company had being using a different company and I was so glad when they switched to Hubspot!My manager made it easy to learn and use and my favorite part is how easy it is to change the settings to my liking, especially the deals tab.

Sometimes it takes a few minutes to load for me.

It keeps all my clients in their own boxes that have customized to make it easier so im not looking at the same people I just saw.
Good overall CRM, does most things averagely well but keeps things tidy

I get all the information I need all at one place. No need for too many tools at the same time. And, a much better and easier to use CRM than Salesforce.

The price for enterprise is very expensive for few things.
