Sales Hub Makes Selling More Easy!

What do you like best about the product?
We admittingly are not using it to it's full potential, but we love how simple it has made it to track deals through our stages and attribute individuals and companies to multiple deals. We really plan to dive into this even more ASAP
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot going on in there, so a little bit to really understand, but this isn't an issue with the Hub. Now that we know what we are doing, we are rocking and rolling with ease!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us keep track of our leads and who has been contacted and where they are in the sales process. It has been a tremendous help in ensuring leads are not slipping through the cracks!

Super easy, super intuitive, yet extremely powerful

What do you like best about the product?
Like most HubSpot products, Sales Hub is incredible new user friendly and intuitive, but that should not be mistaken for not being powerful. As a sales and customer success manager, I use Sales Hub on a daily basis. Sales Hub helps me stay on top of my sales process so nothing falls through the cracks. After every client email and every meeting, I am reminded to follow up. Customer hasn't responded? I am reminded to check back in. Sales Hub was also extremely easy to implement on our side, with virtually no hiccups to launch. HubSPot is also regularly upgrading their software, with product updates regularly available to test.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few things to dislike about Sales Hub, but there is room for improvement with connecting Custom CRM Objects with Sales Hub with auotmation tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Hub provides a one-stop shop location for all my sales activities. All my clients are in one place and all activity between my team and those clients are tracked, so I can see and track all interactions.

Easy and fast

What do you like best about the product?
How it is structured, easy to use and built in.
What do you dislike about the product?
the new bar on the side, the fact that we also have to buy a lot of stuff for it to be fully usable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can better track what the reps are doing, it is also very user friendly to whenever i need to extract data, in 2 to 3 clicks its done.

Frictionless interactions with customers and prospects

What do you like best about the product?
In addition to being extremely easy to use, it's high degree of customization allows it to work seamlessly with our organization's process across multiple departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Syncing contacts from Zendesk brings in cc's on tickets which creates contacts that should never be added to HubSpot database. Not a huge issue, but super annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're brining our help desk ticketing into HubSpot which will allow us to get true customer health scores to keep our clients happy and reduct churn.

Lots of out of the box features, but limited customization

What do you like best about the product?
We love that most of the product provides a comprehensive out of the box experience. It's perfect for an organization with a smaller admin team. It's very easy to use and implementation has gone very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even if you do get to a point where you want deeper customization, you cannot. Not even behind a pay wall option. I wish they allowed deeper object customization than whats available at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its allowing our organization to finally get organized with our Sales CRM information / prospects. We operate across four different business units and has become very difficult to manage our sales activity seamlessly - Hubspot is helping us solve this.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how sales hub enbables my entire sales team to stay connected, on target with goals, and connects information to our marketing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there would be some more integrations pre built with more phone systems for AI transcription!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem hubspot sales is solving is keeping a sales team on the same page with helpful and insightful metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation and sales enablement features are impressive. Its easy to manage your contacts and plan your contact strategies.

Implementation is straightforward and its easy to integrate with your other HubSpot features
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost has to be balanced against what HubSpot can do. This isn’t for a small company but can scale from the free as you grow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking all emails make it a breeze to handle contacts and leads across different sales team members.

What do you like best about the product?
As I said, I'm handling all this data about the clients, whether in a tabular format or as descriptions. I can even maintain my calendar that I send out to people and integrate it with my Google Calendar. Makes life much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI for most of the pages could be cleaner. Personally, I'm not sure how that could be done, but the current UI seems very cluttered and it's hard to find buttons sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The auto-logging of emails and calls, data management, the inbuilt calendar creator - all of these have been making my job easier.
