We get a clear picture of the forecast, and where customers are at in their journey

It is really hard to find things I dislike. It'd be nice to have something just before the professional tier though.

Hubspot sales helps keep my life in order while running a record speed. If I didn’t use it every day to track all of my deals I wouldn’t see the success I’m seeing now.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to set up HubSpot Sales Hub and how easily it can be customized to fit our sales process. The automation features, including sales follow-ups and reporting in my sales pipeline, are incredibly helpful. I really like the meeting link and sequences, which allow for personalized follow-ups. The seamless integration with QuickBooks, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub streamlines our operations and automates the marketing to sales handoff and sales to service handoff.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would make it a little bit easier to manage teams and users with permissions.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to automate sales follow-up and reporting, simplifying lead generation and sales process management. It benefits my team by offering customizable sequences and meeting links, enhancing our personalized interactions and closing deals more effectively.

I appreciate how HubSpot Sales Hub manages all of our customer data and leads efficiently, keeping everything organized in one place. I find it very clean and easy to use, which is beneficial for our sales team. Additionally, the introduction of new AI tools is exciting, and I would consider purchasing HubSpot again in the current context because of them. The simplicity of the setup process also stood out to me.

I love being able to integrade my team into this platform with easy implementation and use. The consultants and customer support have been great.

There is some limitations on the quoting process but we are working with consultants to fix this.
