Best platform
What do you like best about the product?
Its UI is supercool for the sales team and flexibility to create custom view is awesome

Nothing I can remember as it has all the tools for me to do my job

The best thing about HubSpot is its ease of use, we don’t need a developer or Admin. We can manage the system effectively in house which is a significant cost saving over competing products

It can be a little difficult to know which properties to use or what will populate automatically

Being able to track all our sales activity was crucial to being able to see what approaches are working

With the new release at inbound 2025 and the sales workspace, the sale hub has now proven to be the leading platform available for teams of all sizes

It is easy, intuitive, and more than being a tool that gives me extra work, it is my best assistant for doing my job more efficiently.

The quotes module can still improve.

As a HubSpot solutions partner, I am a passionate advocate for Sales Hub.
However, I’ve used the others. Salesforce, Pipedrive etc and I truly believe it’s the best all round solution. The access to the new workspace- with deal view, sequence actions and reporting all in one spot is key for Sales users.

CPQ is a huge gap here - however I’m sure this will be improved in a hotly anticipated new release coming soon

Acces to contacts for prospecting, automation for deal progression to name a few

There are some aspects thats are more rigid than i would like. I would like to see more customization within the tools so we can make it work for our specific needs and remove any features that just cause noise or are not applicable to specific teama
