Highly Customizable but Expensive
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how HubSpot Sales Hub helps me keep track of all the leads and their details. It's handy to have everything in one place, especially when it also tracks the activities leads have with our social media and their conversations with different team members. The best thing about HubSpot is the level of customization it offers. I can customize every field, which is awesome! I also appreciate the different integrations it provides, which makes the tool really versatile.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's too overpriced.

Intuitive Integration, But Beware of Paywalls
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub has a pretty intuitive interface with a lot of functionality and integrations with other products we use. It's great for managing all of my sales activities, from email prospecting to follow-ups, booking meetings, and keeping notes about interactions. The integration with Google Workspace, like Google Calendar and Gmail, is really useful for me. It's also a central place for managing different email addresses for various departments, like sales, success, and affiliates. I've found it helpful for tracking everything in one place, including integrations with tools like Mailchimp and different data warehouses for marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the most annoying things about HubSpot Sales Hub is there are a lot of paywalls or pay gates. We're on the second largest subscription type, Pro, and the next one up is Enterprise. There are some pretty basic functions that you would think would be included in our current subscriptions that just aren't. Every time you want to do anything related to another hub, that's usually an upgrade or a separate cost. If you're just trying to piece it together along the way, they definitely know what features users want to use, and then they charge more than what a separate platform would probably be a la carte.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub lets me track conversations, take notes, book meetings, and maintain records. It improves team processes for deal tracking and onboarding.
Comprehensive Yet Pricey Sales Hub
What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot Sales Hub keeps everything organized in one place, so I don't have to jump between different tools. The meal sequences and task reminders help me save a ton of time and stay consistent with follow-ups without having to do everything manually. I also appreciate that it's easy to connect with Gmail and Google Calendar, keeping all my communication and meetings in sync. Additionally, switching from a lesser-known CRM to HubSpot Sales Hub was advantageous as it provides more automation. The initial setup was also fairly simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I would improve is the pricing, as it can get quite expensive once you start needing the more advanced features. Reporting and customization features are limited unless you’re on the higher plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to keep my sales process organized and consistent, saving time with mail sequences and task reminders for follow-ups, without manual effort.
A Game-Changer for Sales Efficiency and Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub super intuitive to use. There's a lot of automation that can be built in, so there's a lot less manual work needed. Many of the workflows, templates, and documents are very easy to manage on my own, and I've taught myself how to use it, which says a lot about the technology. I really enjoy how user-friendly HubSpot is compared to Salesforce, which I found to be a bit clunky. HubSpot is constantly evolving and provides a lot of little help and insights along the way with the Breeze AI assistant, suggestions, emails, and a whole education system that's readily accessible. It allows me to continue to grow and learn on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Canada, we don't have HubSpot payments integrated, so we're still using QuickBooks or another external payment system. It would be great if that option was offered in Canada to make it a one-stop shop for everything. The initial setup was a bit challenging because conveying exactly what your use case is can be difficult, especially since HubSpot is typically used for software companies. It was a bit different in terms of sales process design and setting that up. The processes don't always fit into HubSpot's mold and templated approach, which required some figuring out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps scale outreach, build databases, and ensure no leads fall through the cracks. Integrating forms with the CRM increases efficiency, speed, and improves close rates.
Intuitive CRM Interface, Limited Customizability
What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI simplicity and the number of features HubSpot Sales Hub offers. The UI is naturally quite intuitive, allowing us to get up to speed quickly, which helps our team members keep records filled in and up to date. The features, particularly for marketing, are simple to get up and running, which is great for a business starting their journey in marketing and CRM. The easy and intuitive setup makes it quick to get going.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the lack of customizability in HubSpot Sales Hub compared to Salesforce a limitation. Salesforce has a lot of intricate customizability, objects, and fields that are a bit greater than what HubSpot offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub because it provides an easy-to-use CRM with automations and flows, allowing our team to keep the CRM updated with a good interface.
User-Friendly CRM with Strong Integrations—But Pricey and Support Can Be Slow
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it supports multiple integrations, includes an AI assistant, provides performance metrics, and is user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that it’s one of the highest-priced CRMs. Support can also take quite a while to resolve issues, which can be frustrating when I need help quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps our entire contact base in one place. It also supports timely follow-ups, automated tasks, workflows, and better organization of our contacts.
Feature-Rich Updates, but Support Often Falls Short
What do you like best about the product?
That they are always adding features. They have drastically improved areas like merge duplicates and even importing.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is a problem, support can rarely actually help more than the documentation already available. They are nice and good at recommending the information that i already read/tried. If I hadnt already researched, that might have been nice, but not so much. This is not a one off...that is a repeated issue over years
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
track emails in one spot and provide tools to for customer service and sales to be on same page. They are also good tool to send marketing emails.
