Quickbase has been a gamechanger!
What do you like best about the product?
Our sales data comes from several different sources in several different formats, Quickbase helped us simplify our process saving us several hours of manual data parsing each month, helping us become more in several other aspects of our business with that time saved. The Quickbase team is helpful and respondent when we need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides are few and Quickbase is constantly working on improving their platform as needed. Some of the pipeline structure can be complicated depending on your company needs, but like I said, they have been constantly improving since we've started using the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Quickbase, managing our sales data was a tedious and time-consuming process. We get data from five or six different sources, and each one formats it differently. On top of that, naming conventions across the data sources don’t always match what we use in Salesforce, which made it hard to upload the data cleanly. I used to spend an entire week just getting the sales data into Salesforce, and it was a very manual process.
With Quickbase, I can upload all the messy data into a staging table, clean it up, and push it into Salesforce quickly and efficiently. It’s saved me so much time and reduced the stress of dealing with mismatched data. Even when there are slight differences in customer names or formats, Quickbase can handle it without me having to manually fix everything. It’s also been reliable—aside from a small issue with Chrome earlier this year, which was resolved, I haven’t had any major problems. Quickbase has streamlined a process that used to be a major headache, and it’s been a big help in keeping things organized and running smoothly.

Easy to use, build-your-own app platform
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is a great low/no code app platform that makes it very easy for non-coders to get get started while simultaneously also providing advanced features that allow for depth and nuance to be baked into your custom applications
What do you dislike about the product?
Elements of QuickBases' account management processes leave something to be desired depending on your account plan. For instance, our account manager requests a quarterly update for their benefit yet we are billed hours for this meeting (which we have since discontinued).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apps built with Quickbase are serving as our primary customer relationship management platform. It helps us have real-time visibility into all revenue opportunities within our sales pipeline at any given time and provides a simple database for reporting applications.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create our own customized CRM was amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
Pipelines. They were an after thought solution, so the connecting fields had to be changed. I am always running into issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use it as a CRM solution enabling all operational staff to have the information they need to service our clients.

Super functional, easy to use, very concise infromation.

There was not much that I did not like about Quickbase. Unfortunately, we moved to Oracle Netsuite and we no longer use Quickbase.....but I really miss it.

Stock list, inventory, CRM system, customer and vendor list, etc.

QuickBase provides an great platform both for the developer and end user.

In some cases, a basic understanding of programming is required to set filter criteria.

Searching and filtering have solved many process challenges for our company.
We can now get to the information we need without major labor burden.

Accessible and great customer service

It allows us to manage many projects' data.
A refreshing experience with app building
What do you like best about the product?
As a technical individual, I like that I'm able to build effective apps that allow me to interact with UI, DB, and reporting, all with ease, yet still offer ways to accomplish more complex feats.
What do you dislike about the product?
The forms could provide more control over layout of fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the user community it solves all the issues related to several people sharing an excel workboot.
Quickbase is an outstanding product
What do you like best about the product?
We can make quickbase into anything we want it to be. The customization is second to none.
What do you dislike about the product?
Form and report layouts could be better. Customizing forms is limited to 1 column layout. You can "float" fields so they create multiple columns, but you cannot group fields together in different columns. Not a huge deal, but could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase allows us to create apps specific to our business. Many out-of-the-box solutions are not designed with our particular data and workflows in mind. Using quickbase has improved our productivity and visibility.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is so customizable. The forms and tables are easy to customize and maneuver around. Their customer service is also hands down THE BEST! Quickbase is giving Chick-fil-A a run for its money on quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could digitally sign on a touch screen without paying for an outside source. I'd also love to have a way to upload an Adobe Form into Quickbase, and a form is created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase has allowed our center to go nearly paperless. We are saving about $18,000/year on paper alone. We are also able to store files for an extended period of time since it's virtual.

Learning curve to understand logic behind programing is difficult.
