Customizable & User-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It's not necessary to be experienced as a coder to being using Quickbase. It allows a great deal of customization and functionality is continually being improved along with new features being added.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the trainings and Exchange had more applications that are useful for non-profits and not just businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me manage data and provide useful reports that are very customizable.
Powerful Product - Constant Innovations
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase brings new products regularly. Some products you don't even know you need until you see what Quickbase has developed and designed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has widespread usage. As its popularity and usage grows, it may become increasingly harder to accommodate new feature requests or bug fixes if it does not affect a large usage base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to implement changes and new solutions quickly. Benefits users with faster turn time.
Great way to move out of Excel
What do you like best about the product?
It has allowed me to make a spreadsheet obsolete that I needed to use to house data for multiple reports that would take 4+ hours to save. I also helps to make sure that I can level and have the reports run without me so I can take time off.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle with navigation when I am building at times. I end up exiting two levels or more at once when I want to go just one level back unless I really think about how I get there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping replace some of the functions of spreadsheets and SharePoint by combining data collection and workflow processes. It allows us to have greater transparency and not have to rely solely on one person.
Taking Control of Our Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to update our apps ourselves almost in realtime. This has let us become independent from the constraints from large software providers or our own IT teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The requirement to save a record before certain functionality can operate properly is an area of frustration to end users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to design apps that facilitate our workflows instead of having to confirm to the processes of big box solutions. We have been able to build custom apps to support various corporate initiatives without the cost of procuring and implementing a new solution.
I always find a solution using Quickbase
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Quickbase is a low code solution. And if I have any questions or need help I can always count on the community.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about quickbase.

Quickbase have taken us from using excel spreadsheet to communicate completions and project updates.

What do you like best about the product?
I can build apps very quickly and get them easily tested using the feature to test as a role or user.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more features in Pipelines. This is being addressed incrementally and I look forward to the new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to build and deploy applications in a fraction of the time it would take to build in .Net.
Quick Base is the best
What do you like best about the product?
The Capability to create a number of automations, reporting capabilities, connections to other apps and an easy way collect data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing that i would say i dislike about Quickbase

Quickbase is like a 'One-Stop' shop!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Quickbase, is that it can house all business needs/segments under one umbrella. Quickbase allows for high-level overviews of business processes, tasks or even the company's progress as a whole.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I particularly dislike about Quickbase except that on a day-to-day basis, I'm still learning the many features that Quickbase has to offer. I wish I knew it all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The many companies I've worked for as a consultant developer, or FTE, all had different business needs. However, they all shared one common goal that spanned across each one, and that is, they all wanted to extend their business with the ability to analyze their data as a whole but under one umbrella.
Possibilities are Endless in Quickbase!
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase multi faceted platform allows you to build custom reporting and multiple dashboards for an array of employees to use for one main goal.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isnt much you CANT build within the platform. New development adding reports across multiple applications was a huge plus mentioned at Empower today.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase allows us to track all of our data real time. We are able to communicate with our clients while providing custom solutions to fit their individual needs.
