Great platform for customisation
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is great customisation tool with easy learn and it helped us a lot in so much easier by simplifying the tasks and managing dashboards, reports, and forms can all be customized to meet a builder's specifications
What do you dislike about the product?
The only cons i have noticed is its becomes slower at advance reporting or data visualisation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As per my use of this software for project collaboration or portfolio management this is best solution availbale in the market.

Quickbase is a tool that may be utilized for the administration of any and all forms of projects, tasks, and online projects. These days, we are able to extend its application to a broad variety of new settings as well.
The whole experience with Quickbase has been quite beneficial, as it has had a significant influence on our company operations by effectively reducing time and resource requirements, while also facilitating the efficient management of our projects within specified timescales.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have even more search options available for projects and subfolders. Needs to make improvements to the functionality of the document management system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase is used extensively across the board in our company, touching on practically every part of how we do business on a daily basis. Sales, project management, development, operations, and even time tracking are just few of the many domains that fall under this umbrella.

Quickbase is a application that can be used on the internet, as well as on mobiles phones and computer.

Quickbase it allows you create applications quickly and efficiently. Thanks to this inventory tracking, project management and financial records etc.it seems important to me thatany one quickbase without prior knowledge.

Being a SaaS product lack of data centers outside US, UK/Europe. Least support for branding and visualization. No support to re-use of built solutions/applications

Quickbase provides a single source of truth for data that is base for all the real-time business insights. Provide customers with solution in weeks than months.

It is a great tool that helps me keep up with the status of each ticket and what I need to do each day.
It is a great drill down product that I use at least 5 times every hour to look at what needs to happen next and schedule out my time appropriately.

I don't really have any dislikes. I think it is a great product and there isn't anything I can think of that I would change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The status of each client that I need to work on, which one I can knock out quickly, which one will take longer and the ones that need to be worked on immediately.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase allows developers to customize the apps, forms, tables, and fields to best fit our application. It allows us to use coding to achieve some cool code pages and buttons within our apps. In addition, Quickbase continues to make improvements to the ease of use both within the apps and the Pipelines. Adding drag and drop features allows us to make changes quicker than we did before when we had to remove and re add.
What do you dislike about the product?
Additional Pipeline tags would be a nice feature to have. Right now we are limited on the number of tags we can have for our Pipelines. Additionally, it is difficult to remove old tags as you have to go through each individual Pipeline and remove the tag. This is especially difficult for companies with hundreds of Pipelines such as ourselves.
Additionally, we would like to see some of our support cases gain more traction. There have been numerous times where we submit an issue and the ticket either gets ghosted after the first communication, or the ticket just gets closed with no explanation. Currently there is an issue where our users can see the fields under a tab that is "hidden".
Finally, it would be beneficial to be able to see more helpful details in the field usage page, especially with Pipelines. It tells you if it is used in one but there is no easy way to find that Pipeline from the information given.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Quickbase mainly for project tracking within our Engineering department. Before Quickbase was implemented, projects were tracked using Excel, Email, and Teams. This made it more difficult for Project Managers and Designers to view the current and past work in an efficient manner. Additionally, the data in the Excel files were not as "live" as they are with Quickbase as users are now able to see real time data by simply logging in.

The assistance is commendable whenever necessary, and the platform showcases remarkable adaptability, making it relatively user-friendly for setting up basic applications and equipped with a wealth of built-in features. More complex tasks may demand some understanding of formulas and basic coding, but a proficient Excel user would likely grasp these concepts quickly. Moreover, the Quickbase community forum proves incredibly valuable when facing challenges in achieving desired functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, when facing technological problems like performance degradation, it noticeably hampers the speed of our app. Since we rely on the app regularly, having an offline version that could sync changes once the issues are resolved would be highly beneficial.

The inventory tracking, financial transformations, and database management aspects of QuickBase handle tasks that would be nearly impossible or risky for humans. By taking care of these challenging and sometimes bothersome tasks, QuickBase enables us to concentrate on developing programs, managing data, and creating exceptional user experiences. Moreover, it's worth mentioning that the technical support offered by the QuickBase team is exceptional—prompt, dependable, and highly reliable.
Solid platform solution that grows with you.
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is simply the most dynamic, organic application I have worked with. Having never used it before I started my current project and having minimal, outdated programming experience I was able to quickly produce tables of related data with promising results. As time moved on and I became more comfortable and was ready to expand what Quickbase could do for my department it was right there with the ability to expand my application without having to rework my application, I could simply integrate the changes and improvements that I wanted almost seamlessly with my production environment and almost no down time for my users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some spots where the documentation is a little lacking BUT the user community is right there to fill in the gaps and it is very much a community willing to help anyone and everyone.

Time Entry, Payroll processing, Equipment management, Repair Tickets, Project Management, Invoicing.
Simply the most customizable solution out there
What do you like best about the product?
You can customize and connect Quickbase in almost any way imaginable. It is low code and easy to learn even without formal training. We have used it in so many different ways, from getting data from our jobsites to processing payroll.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is high to start connecting to other applications. It was once more affordable but now charges for every time a 3rd party app taps into your database to retrive or update information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to take any information and turn it into a data set about employee and jobsite productivity is amazing. Using simple formulas there are endless ways to track jobsite data.
