Must Have Tool For IT Companies
What do you like best about the product?
This tool helps me in creating an app with less coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike in Quickbase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is all in one solution for uploading the data and creating the app quickly.
Rollout Apps Quickly and Integrate with Almost Anything. But, Mobile Needs A Lot of Work.
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to quickly create simple apps and reports to roll out. When you get to more complicated use cases, it's usually doable.
There are a plethora of resources available online when you need help. Their help pages, Quickbase University, recorded Webinars, discussion pages, and various 3rd party support make it so that you can usually find an answer somewhere.
If you can't find the answer online, then Quickbase support is one of the better support teams I've worked with.
But, their single greatest thing may be Pipelines. Automations, app integrations, and API support are powerful and easy with Pipelines.

What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't like that the development environment and the end user environment are so intertwined. I wish there was a clear wall separating the 2 areas. With complicated app development, having that wall would save a lot of headache and help better manage app changes.
Their Mobile app needs a major overhaul. Navigation is terrrible and not user friendly, development for the mobile side is very limited.
Pipelines is getting a UI refresh that will finally allow us to reorder and add steps. But, they're making things harder for selecting input fields and Jinja inputs.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us to create apps that fill in gaps between our ERP and other external applications. It's making it easier for people to work more productively, work with more transparency, and allow for information to travel more efficiently between people and groups.
Awesome Low-Code Platform to Bring Ideas To Life
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase allows our Team to pivot quickly, test new ideas and build workflows for each department in our company. The intuitive reporting and notification system keep everyone in the loop. And Pipelines (automations) allows us seemlessly connect to many third party applications without writing custom API code.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once your company relies on their ecosystem, the pressure sales tactics of products has been a major turnoff. More transparent and consistent pricing, without making Customers feeling like we are negociating a new car at a suspect dealerships would be appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase is flexible and allows us to build workflows suited to our unique business needs (solar power installations) instead of relying a pre-built boxed in solutions that partially fit our needs.

Pretty Intuitive and Easy to Manipulate
What do you like best about the product?
It's been really nice to create as many fields as we need, link them to different tables and apps, and to be able to create dynamic formulas to fit our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Pipeline builder is clunky, you can't drag and drop one step to a different part in the process. Instead, you have to destroy your current workflow and basically start from scratch any time you need to make a change, which is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us solve payroll, supply chain management, inventory management, project management, and onboarding problems. We've been able to reduce headcount by optimizing our internal processes thanks to Quickbase.
Tool with incredibly low learning curve and huge pool of available resources.
What do you like best about the product?
Although it requires low-code, this software is designed specifically for marketing professionals. I really like the app since it is so simple to implement for my team, particularly for the Sales team so that they can keep track of contract management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have high hopes that it will have more templates that are suited to the visual preferences of younger users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
payroll processing, equipment management, repair ticket processing, project management, and invoice creation are some of the things that benefit me from using this program.
It's a simple and effective tool to use that I highly recommend.
What do you like best about the product?
We've been able to make our own games and apps with minimal effort thanks to Quickbase. We've been able to improve our data collection and analysis thanks to its report and form customization features. Because it is hosted in the cloud, we can access our information from any computer with an internet connection, making it ideal for distributed teams. We were able to fully leverage the potential of Quickbase by integrating it with our preexisting business processes thanks to the API.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quickbase's incompatibility with many common enterprise workflows is one of my major gripes with the platform. Creating one's own unique forms and reports might be difficult as well. Furthermore, I would want for the mobile access capability to be more robust. Moreover, I don't think it has all the functionality it might, such as the option to alter the look of the user interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is advantageous to me since it comes with a broad variety of features and possibilities, such as access via mobile device and an application programming interface (API). In addition to that, it provides a fantastic support system as well as useful tutorials that may assist you in getting started. The fact that it is hosted on the cloud contributes much to its ease of use and accessibility.
Funcitionality at the cost of looks and feel
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very useful tool that can fairly easily be used and to pick up and make whatever is needed. A great option when you need to keep projects away from full blown coding solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may simply be a reflection of my experience of how my company implemented it but the apps that were created look very cookie-cutter. More problematic was that as I tested the app I found validations were not super responsive. often getting messages at points where the thing that failed felt unrelated to what I was currently filling in

Quick and easy way to Replace old workflows for HR onboarding and time entry for pay. As well as other major job-tracking functions that are being manged in too many different ways currently

Easy to use once appilcations are set up. Learning curve can be difficult.

No response from helpdesk team. Submitted a ticket to activate an account and have not heard back.

Allowing us to distrbute information to a large group of users with ease.
Quickbase is a great solution for running your business in unique and flexible ways
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is extensible, funcitonal, and all around excellent for maintaining records of our operations and work. All arms of our company are able to take advantage of quickbase's array of features to ensure everyone has the correct information for when they need it most.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no good way to observe logs without the help of support and this can make troubleshooting and diagnosing issues take much longer of a process than if developers had direct access to the log files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase has solved issues of operational blindness in our growing organization. By providing channels for real time and accurate data syncronoization, we are able to stay more on task and get more work done.
