We have had a great experience using Quickbase
What do you like best about the product?
The customizability, integration capabiities, diversification and user friendly. This has been a great product that has brought many different on prem systems together in one area.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now I do not have a dislike about Quickbase that is related to the program. I think for me it is haveing the time to capitalize on all of its features. Limited time and resources within our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed our company to see what is happening within varous departments. It has been a great communication tool between departments regarding work load, revenue generation and customer interfacing.

Flow charts in action for approval mechanism

Make use of custom pages in more complex reports and other use cases which might not be done with native QuickBase

Quickbase is a low code platform
What do you like best about the product?
With less number of steps, for ex. just with few formulas and pipelines we can solve large complex problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe limitaions of functions in formula.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To develop complex web application we can use quicckbase.

What do you like best about the product?
The real time functionality and reporting. The data being able to be pulled quickly and in the format I need. I do wish it allowed for more data usage or as you get close to hitting the cap you are contacted so you don't break your system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels old. It could use a face lift and some better user interface. Also, clearer tips on how you can make a system have better performance management when setting up table to table relationship. Warnings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows up real time data on our WIP and status of customer tickets and well as employee metrics, which are a key factor in our ability to performance manage.
Safer way to manage all important documents
What do you like best about the product?
I use quickbase document library to manage all my documents at one space. It is a safe and best platform to organize my documents according to their types.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, it is working good and I have not facing any issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily upload my important documents and filter them by category, author and date in report shortcuts section.
Amazing flexibility and useful to our non-standard industry needs
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to create fully custom tables and values. Automations. Ability to import data from other sources. Almost everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
No multi-to-multi relationships.
No automation for QR code scanning.
No automation for QR code scanning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Custom project managment applications for each department in our company. Allowing real-time sharing of information.
Smart QuickBase
What do you like best about the product?
The best use of QB is the pipelines and the introduction of new functions in the formula fields, performance is quicker than before.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires auto sync option in future since we would be creating the copy of the same apps. And PDF generation download feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically the flow based application creation, automation, etc apps we are creating also for work management we are using, which will help use to have a clear understanding through QB features
A great experience with Quickbase Support
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase University makes it easy to learn the program. Once I had that training done, the program is quite intuitive

Quickbase can be confusing to work through especially when there are differen tapps within the main app

I am using QuickBase to consolidate the labour costs and hours to better understand the effort for my business to do what we do

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase offers a easier content management service. The best we like is a single window that is useful in data storage, reporting and further using it for planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few extra integraitons would be helpful, and even an extra features like a dedicated marketing platform would be great. Also a features like mobile friendly UI would also be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The low code feature, portability of data using sheets, customization, various features related finance and single window operation for out diff. teams is very useful.

Integration with third party can be improved, and easy learning portal should be easily accessible.
