Used to be great then got bought out and now they forget about the little people.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is really good. It allows you to develop an application that is super helpful and time saving for your business in a very easy manner. It does take some time to learn how to develop here but quickly you will be on your way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think their customer service is less than stellar. They have a tendency to increase in cost well beyond what I consider acceptable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple applications. Everything from field technician, scheduling, CRM, reviews, pay time off tracking.

Th ease of quickly developing a solution and deploying it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex use cases do not fit as easily.They can't be built into QB.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a rapidly built and adaptable interface for our customers to submit master data requests, and corresponding workflow. We're able to addresds many other low lying use cases with great efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Quickbase to create on the fly databases when ever I need them for my organization. It's easy and very little coding is required. I love the support I receive, as well and that I dont have to wait for a Developer to build anything for me.

More dynamic rules allowed would be nice

It's flexibility and ability to be adapted to solve existing and new problems.

Lack of set, established modules and lack of quality reporting visualizations/input formatting capabilities.

so far i have not found a dislike for Quickbase. I would like to see it have a more mobile friendly applicatiom

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is integral to our business. It's scalable and flexible, and allows me to create apps to support all of our business processes. My favorite part is Pipelines, which allow me to connect to many other business applications and data. We use it every day, for multiple users in my organization and outside my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to do what I want it to do, and recent changes (for the better) have made me need to relearn how to do some actions. Customer support is always very helpful, though.

Quickbase is allowing us to streamline and automate many business processes, to be more organized, and to maintain one set of data.

One good thing about Quickbase is its flexibility. Quickbase can also integrate with other systems, enabling users to capture data from multiple sources and gain a more comprehensive view of their data. The flexibility of Quickbase can help organizations to improve their workflows, automate processes, and achieve greater efficiency and productivity. The thing I like best is that I eliminate the "gray work" - the sending of emails, making phone calls or texts about things that can be automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside to Quickbase is its cost. Quickbase is awesome, however, the cost of Quickbase can be a significant barrier for some organizations, especially smaller ones or those with limited budgets. The pricing model for Quickbase includes various subscription plans, and the cost increases with the number of users and the complexity of the applications. Additionally, the platform requires some level of technical expertise to set up and configure, which can add to the overall cost. Another potential downside to Quickbase is that some users may find the user interface to be overwhelming or not user-friendly, leading to a steeper learning curve. However, with proper training and support, users can learn to navigate the platform effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project tracking, payroll, tool inventory, expense reports, and ordering. It benefits me by having all of these things in one centralized location. It makes finding the information I need very easy, and it is standard across the company. There are no more made-up documents that get sent in, everyone is using the same report that looks the same.
