What do you like best about the product?
The usability for the average user. Quickbase enables all users to become skilled in leveraging their data to improve productivity and they use it constantly. Speed to production is amazing and the way that it integrates with many of our existing systems makes it a popular platform in our organization. Quickbase has become very popular because it is easy for users to create great solutions that can be easily implemented. From an administrative standpoint, Quickbase support is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
As users become more familiar with quickbase they think they can do ANYTHING! All platforms have limitations but Quikbase has made our users feel like we can do anything and the expectations from leadership can be daunting!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase is connecting our users to the data that represents everything that we do as a company. It is allowing users to make more targeted and intelligent decisions on a daily basis. It helps us to identify areas that need attention and also to track work in many different departments.

The data is very organized and easy to manipulate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not fund anything yet that I am unhappy with.

To keep data organized and accessible for all involved.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy navigation, helpful tools and streamlined data serviced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of flexibility with graphs, unable to color code columns (rows only), unable to filter out instead of filter in on reports, Quickbase help page can be cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help managing out case load, contact information bank, communication tracking, task completion, external quote creation, metrics tracking and internal notifications. This app is extremely beneficial to our company.

The Mobile side of Quickbase is behind the curve some in terms of UI Experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to access details whether in the office or field, QB makes it easy. Sharing data and info is easy in real time.

I still have files that I can't include, but for Field to Office - QB is amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease with which Quickbase can answer questions and organize information visually. It's also a great engine for letting our field employees create and update information on their phones.
We use it constantly to create proposals and bids, and to update documentation when their status changes in real time. Being able to link between tables also lets us answer customer questions easily and efficiently.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the sort of "stripped down" appearance of the UI can be a turnoff, especially for new users who may be used to working with other programs or ERPs with a slick interface. I've found personally that getting past that hurdle made me appreciate all of the things Quickbase can do.

Quickbase allows us to organize, track, analyze, and compare every step of our business from proposal to job to invoice.

What do you like best about the product?
As a graphic designer running my own business, Quickbase has been a good tool for organizing client projects and streamlining my workflow. The customization options are a major plus. i can tailor the platform to fit the exact needs of my business without any coding knowledge. This has been invaluable in keeping track of project timelines, client feedback, and design assets all in one place. the automation features have also saved me a lot of time allowing me to focus more on the creative aspects of my work. Overall, it’s been a great addition to my business toolkit
What do you dislike about the product?
While it has a lot to offer, there are a few areas that could be improved especially for a small business owner like me. The initial setup and learning curve were pretty challenging it took me a while to figure out how to make the most of the platform, and I had to invest a fair amount of time into getting everything just right. Another downside is the cost. it can get expensive, particularly if you need access to advanced features or have a growing team. For a small business, this is def something to consider carefully

it's been a game-changer for managing projects and data. The platform is incredibly flexible, allowing me to create custom apps tailored to my specific needs without needing to know how to code. The ability to automate workflows and integrate with other tools we use daily has streamlined a lot of our processes saving me tons of time. We implemented it ourselves, in-house, using the QuickBase University, and 50 hours of QuickBase technical support. A team of two was enough to build the tool used everyday for 100 workers in different roles within the company. The response of customer support is quick enough to solve any issue.
It has native integration with QuickBooks (among others) so that enables to connect the operations with the financials of the company.

We have experienced several crashes from the platform wich where not associated to errors of us.
The salesman promissed much more than what the contract actually included.
The contract doesn't adapt to the flexibility of our business. We would like to pay monthly for the ammount of users we have that month, but instead we have to sign an annual contract for the ammount of users extra we are going to have, and there is no way of reducing the amount of users.

QuickBase allows us to create our own way of working and organizing our processes. It allows us to addapt everything, from visualizations to constant changes in sales commisions and structures, adding new and independant revenew streams.
Those feautures keep us agile as we change and adapt quickly, while creating our own way of working.
