Helps identify and tackle all types of fraud and abuse
What do you like best about the product?
The best for me is that you can build your own rules quickly and can adjust them as needed. Also, if you are unsure of a rule, the SEON team is more than happy to assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not at the moment. There are so many different scenarios it can be used for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, it is helping identify bonus abuse, account takeovers, and more.
Also, some of the information supplied in SEON, like social media links, is helpful for chargebacks.

For email searching: Linkedin, AirBNB profile description
What do you dislike about the product?
Phone searching Caller ID Metadata costs an additional fee vs a cheaper competitor that offers it for free. Doesn't seem like a feature that should be additional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of the sheer amount of profiles Seon offers, it is often a one-time stop for email searching.

the amount of member information that someone can find in regards to someone created a recent email address or which other application thier telephone number is registered on.

My only issue with the application is flagging accounts that are not related and blocking the player from purchasing, and not always fellowing trigger rules for business card as some are still able to purchase

the problems we can solve multiple accounts, bonus abuser, 3rd party card-linked account with cookie hash IP card or registered address and also location all this information with one click of a box

It is a very reliable application with more than necessary fraud detection software and information and very user frendly
This tool is quite good for quick research of fraud recognition

The best thing is that you can make a rapid review both on phone and computer, it's pretty convenient to work with it. There is much data, so by scrolling you can easily find some fraud triggers and react to it. Also, there is quick feedback from Seon workers who really help and give you some useful pieces of advice

Sometimes there is too much useless info, which doesn't really demonstrate that it's fraud or it isn't. Moreover, there is an automatic machine learning rules tool, which doesn't create powerful features

Sometimes there're fraud bands which share with each other succesful swiping ways, so stopping at least one of their members and using customer connections you can fight with all the representatives. This is the way to minimize losses, what is the main benefit

If you need a good, quick and easy-to-use tool, SEON. Fraud Fighters could help you with it. Try to find the main fraus triggers and take a unique look at them

No 24/7 chat support. It's not something vital; however, it would be nice to have.

Many features, customizable rules, easy integration, helpful support that always assists with issues and responds efficiently to queries, accurate reports and results
What do you dislike about the product?
We have no complaints so far. We believe that everything works properly and all necessary features for fighting fraud are already in place. I wish we knew about this tool in previous gambling businesses we worked for
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are eliminating the fraudulent activity and that helps us a lot with our genuine traffic. The checks are done much more efficiently and less effort is needed on repetitive and time consuming tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Seon assists us in solving multiple problems in regards to fraud prevention. the customer service is fast. With Seon I use BIN checker and Facebook. I have not used any competitor software.

Sometimes BIN and IP address is not displayed correctly.
When address details are not matching (for example, the specified country is Ukraine and the rest of the address details are from another country) the system doesn't notice the mismatch and presents the address in Google map according to the street, house nr and so on.

Seon flags high-risk domains, which helps us to prevent potential fraud. IP and BIN mismatch feature helps us to prevent potential chargebacks and, hence, prevent financial loss.
