For how I use it in the markets where I operate, it is very useful. I don't remember how we did things before purchasing this service.

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the APIs and the documentation stands out. The APIs are well documented and easy to understand, with clear naming and consistent conventions. For example, migration guide are very complete.
The documentation also goes beyond simple API references: there are many articles that allow customers to better understand antifraud concepts.

What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of customer success, i feel like Seon could bring more expertise on fraud cases we're facing. Discussions are limited to basic features we already know about or promotion of new features we don't necessarily want to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a lending institution that offers consumer loans and split payments. We use Seon at the end of the credit application process to help detect identity fraud, whether it’s synthetic identities or identity theft. The digital footprints they provide are very powerful and useful for our checks.
Reliable E-mail & Phone Scores with Accurate Data and Strong US/Brazil Coverage
What do you like best about the product?
E-mail and phone scores help us take better decisions. They are reliable and often display accurate data (such as CNAM service), with good coverage for America, specially Brazil and the US.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes scores fluctuate when updating the page after a minute or so, which does not assure us 100% of the proper score for a given case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confidence in taking decisions for onboarding customer and checking suspicious users.

What do you like best about the product?
I use SEON. Fraud Fighters to view actions carried out by our users, like logging in, payments, and fraudulent transactions. I appreciate the depth of information it provides, including IP addresses, social information, blacklist data, and the ability to track disposable emails and phones. We integrate SEON. Fraud Fighters with Excel spreadsheets and our internal API, which works well for our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it looks like the social profile is hit and miss. Improvement in accuracy is needed.

I use SEON. Fraud Fighters to monitor user actions like logins and payments, which helps identify fraudulent transactions and manage overseas app usage with whitelists or blacklists, ensuring quality assurance in consumer payments.

SEON is very convenient for everyday use when checking users, as it includes a wide range of data that is useful at different times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because SEON has so many different functions, it's always difficult for a new user to understand its intricacies. Network analysis is also not always user-friendly, as it doesn't include all the necessary parameters and requires customising the rules.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface of SEON. Fraud Fighters and how easy it is to go through the features. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the Clone Search feature could be improved to make it easier to understand the results. The results showing the connections could be distributed in a more organized way, without the brackets and quotation marks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SEON. Fraud Fighters to identify linked accounts and groups with suspicious activity, and it helps me create rules and find these connections.
Flexible anti-fraud rules and alerts, with increasingly better data visualization
What do you like best about the product?
Seon allows us to create rules and alerts that can adapt to different types of fraud or different fraudulent groups. Additionally, over time it has evolved and shown improvements in data visualization, which facilitates faster decision-making.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating alerts or rules, the language and configuration process are too technical, primarily oriented towards Data Analytics. In many cases, fraud analysts do not have that level of technical knowledge, which makes it difficult to use. It would be ideal if these functions were more "user-friendly" and intuitive to facilitate their configuration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our case, it provides us with the option to have a Black List and White List to block fraudulent data. Additionally, it allows for the implementation or adaptation of rules according to the new products or developments that the company may have.

Additionally, the customization options are a significant advantage, as we can adjust the settings to meet our specific requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
SEON enriches existing data sources like no other provider, and it comes with a very clear web UI, solid accompanying documentation, and splendid customer support. Continuous data enchantments are also a point to note down.

Some features still lack automated fixes, such as handling larger batch-import uploads, although the support system has been proactive in helping address these issues.
