The user friendlyness most PLM system are not very intuitive.

In some occasions it is very prome to crashing.

Sometimes changes are introduced just for the sake of making changes. Changing icons impacts internal training documentation and just drives additional cost into the delivery of program updates.

UI/UX is very user-friendly, very similar to other main software design so less time for learning which is good.

Connectivity with other software tools, will be better off with seamless access with 3rd party tools

Login integration to Windows AD, Single or Multi site. Ease of managing users and data.

Instability of the system when moving or upgrading.

We require a PLM Software, We are moving our engineering from 3 different PLM's into Teamcenter for better management and efficiently
