Pretty good and company standard

What do you like best about the product?
I have used it at various sales and costumer service jobs in the past, is really user friendly and easy to pick up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small bug glitches, cannot recall specific instances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing costumer orders quickly and accurately.

What do you like best about the product?
Collaborative portals and social discussion forums are best in class with Salesforce.
SalesForce is best in class when it comes to CRM and its capabilities. Several systems integrate with Salesforce. In our organization, we have integrated SalesForce with Celigo, NetSuite, TSheets, Box, SImpplr Intranet and Microsoft Outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice if there were nice training vidoes around it. There is really nothing else to not like. They did a great job. Creating reports and Dashboards could have been a little easier. I am sure they are working on some advanced training tools for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
System and people collaboration, system integration. SalesForce is our system of record and we are pleased with SalesForce. Its a great product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great Product, glad we went live with it.
My advice to other users looking to use SalesForce is "GO for it, you really cannot go wrong with this tool"
It is an open CRM which can connect to pretty much anything. The workflow and functionality is simply awesome!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can search for all open cases
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to navigate in the website especially when I'm on the phone and I don't have that much time to fill in all of the information. I wish there was an automatic fill in extension that help speed the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I help people get information about their shipments, and solve problems they faced with their shipments. Sales force really helps us record every case.

Too many tabs. Hard to run reports at times. Not user-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows us to all collectively come together as a team in one software setting and communicate for sales and training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do noy like that there seems to be a lot of kickback and lagging but I am not sure that is all a software issue, it could be a network issue as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can say that using the software has allowed us to effectively reach our sales a lot faster because we are more organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it is a nice software and it is effective. I would recommend it for companies who have many positions and many employees.

There is so much you can do with this software. Great tool for business.

Data.com is outdated and a lot of the information is innacurate for sourcing leads.

Sourcing leads, keeping a record of calls made and communication with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great way to store information in a way that helps across teams. I am able to see what sales is doing, what emails have been sent, what is in the pipeline, and so on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Duplicate accounts, is NEVER updated, very difficult to pull reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a SAas company, we need to manage customers from POS tohrough onboarding, to engagment, and then through renewal.
