Salesforce is easy to navigate and keeps all of our data organized.

I think the reports are not completely user friendly.

We are able to contact our donors easily and keep their relationship with us organized.

Love the ease of use and the huge storage!! We use this to hold key information with our partner hotels.

Sometimes it is difficult to navigate backwards since our software doesn't have a "back" button or arrow, you must click on a new task.

Able to have a central location where all administrators can share progress on a project or update records.

Saleforce is a collaborative cloud software which is easy to use on any device (laptop, mobile, tablet) and we can use the same even on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface on smaller devices could have more information just like we have in the full-site.

Collaboration on our business process which can be accessed by multiple folks.

Lot of missing features in Lighting. Salesforce Knowladge . Can not host audio and video file and expose it to knowledge

Decent and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's very user friendly and intuitive with some good features. The interface doesn't require practice to understand or navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little bare bones, like it could use a prettier interface and a better look to make it more appealing to use.

We use it to log issues with some third party systems so we can communicate with them effectively and keep track of issues as they arise.
Easy to use program

I like how it allows you to control who walks in into the lobby and we know exactly who is up next when helping clients.

Sometimes its trouble shoots but other than that I like it
