What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to choose fields for the tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's too much data for one page. Too many details for tickets show up on my page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We receive tickets through Salesforce and help our clients in a timely fashion.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's nice and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
what i like most about sales force is the ability to keep track of clients with detailed notes and reminders that i can set. There is a very easy learning curve with salesforce you don't need to be a computer guru to use the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a whole lot that i dislike about salesforce the only thing that I do dislike is the potential for duplicate accounts to be created within salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
predominantly we use it a sales tool for keeping track of the sales cycle. At first we use to use an excel sheet to track the progress of our leads but Salesforce is leaps and bounds a better tool to use.
Salesforce organizes all your data, in an unfriendly way
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is a great place to bring all your data together into one CRM tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is outdated, the navigation is complicated, and the permissions are frustrating to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to use salesforce to manage all of our support desk requests and calls. We also store our knowledge base articles there.
Good but overwhelming

It certainly helps streamline and improve work function/productivity
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there is so much customization it's overwhelming to try and learn and it's difficult to know what's possible vs. what's not. Also they don't seem to have much help support wise.

Be able to service tickets and streamline communication between teams.

Salesforce as a ticketing system for IT work
What do you like best about the product?
reports are customizable for the most part, although it takes some experimentation to get your dashboard setup, once you do it is a helpful tool for workload management
What do you dislike about the product?
information overload is a risk if your SF administrators do not craft the layout of data

achieving a 99% service level for our customers

Contractor Portal
What do you like best about the product?
I like how salesforce can allow contractors to submit all of their documents through the portal that was built for them to use. It keeps everything organized and submitted in an orderly fashion. Also the contractors can get notification and keep their applications organized through a dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The portal has a learning curve for those who are not as tech savvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to keep application submittals organized starting from submission through the portal and being able to review them from an admin side.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
use Salesforce if you want ease of use and platform building.

What do you like best about the product?
Service Cloud lets me work to centralize and optimize our efforts, allowing us to handle customers' requests and manage cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up some of the Rules can be a bit difficult even with the training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great program, i really like the way it works and how everything is laid out very clearly and easy to find

We use the service cloud to track customer concerns and help answer questions more efficiently. It helps keep concerns straight between employees.
