What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, smooth interface and cost effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there’s not much to change about this software in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to delight users by quickly resolving priority issues and enhancement requests

What do you like best about the product?
The Salesforce platform is very user-friendly and efficient when using to assist with customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike about Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account updates. Providing customer with account info. Merging duplicate accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
There is nothing to like. I think the person who created this sftware has never had to work with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is too slow. The overview and stus of the cases is more than bad. Emailing is a mess. For some case update you get notifications for some you don’. It is impossible to see updates in the tasks. You have actually into the task to see it. Overall salesforce is not user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No benefits

What do you like best about the product?
The product is intuitive and holistic - has features that I need and some I didn’t know I even needed until I used the product. Smart design.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s expensive! I realize that it is an exclusive product, but with other competitors available sometimes the price is hard to justify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales, service and marketing analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to get a big picture view of my accounts opportunities and documents in one place the collaboration with my resources teammates et Cetera
What do you dislike about the product?
Because there are so many different ways to do the same tasks like it sometimes feel like you are working a lot harder than you need to to perform a simple task. Too many clicks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incited to future opportunities being able to track pipe line, these are all great things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you try it you'll find that you're a lot happier with it then whatever you were using previously.

What do you like best about the product?
The portions of the site with client information are simple and very detailed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Reports section of the site is confusing and difficult to navigate, and the "Help" section does not describe the process of pulling reports as a step-by-step how-to, but rather is a series of forum questions that are never quite what is needed. The customer service for Salesforce when asking a question re: the above is delayed and never very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The service mainly serves as an organizational tool. More would be accomplished if the site were more user-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the moldability and the fact that the program can tailor itself to each individual.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit slow sometimes and can crash every so often.

We are able to better help our customers and provide them with more options in terms of helping themselves.

What do you like best about the product?
This is the best tool for processing a sales order. I can also create a simple workflow like case creation and can switch into reporting. It tried it in reports for our credit/debit/returns and it works absolutely best. Better than SAP as you can see clearly what you need in reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the lightning interface. I doesn't look so user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating reports is easy as breeze. This is important in our team as in SAP it can't tell you in detailed in just one looking. But in Salesforce it can create a graph to easy identify which area is needed for improvement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is quite expensive product. But hopefully they can recommend any app exchange that is useful. Trial of it is a bit risky. So we hope that salesforce can give at least a recommendation.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales force Live Agent is easy to implement in a website and is very user friendly for both customers and an internal team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Saleforce can have a lag when sending information to and from the client to the agent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the issues of instant customer services, it made it easy for agents to directly interact with consumers.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is a software that is alright, but I think the amount of different applications to use within the app may confuse a person
What do you dislike about the product?
Like mentioned earlier, Salesforce does have a little bit too many apps to use, and not enough training within the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It definitely allows the company to be more connected with each other.
