Great
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way everything is laid out. It makes it easy to find students and see their information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about the software, there have consistently been updates to make things more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving student admissions issues. I can see everything I need to see about the student in Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is an essential to my daily life at work. I used it when I was in Sales and now I use it in Client Experience. Everything from contractual details to call tracking. I couldn't do life without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
No major dislikes. Only areas where I'm unsure are because I haven't had time to explore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is our one-stop-shop for all things reporting and data. Couldn't do what we do without it!

Would recommend to anyone looking at software to track all company information!
Great Resource
What do you like best about the product?
We use this daily at my company. Rather than having a binder or multiple sources to find product information, policies and procedures, etc., we are able to store all of this on the Salesforce page for quick reference.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there weren't so many clicks required to get to certain resources. This could be the way it's organized on our end, but sometimes I have to click through 3 or more web pages to access product info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staff have resources 24/7 for questions they have, and they're able to provide instant answers to customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Favourite thing is definitely how user friendly the program is and easy navigation. Gives a integrated view of all interactions with guests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the program crashes for no obvious reasons
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing our guests with enhanced and faster service and efficiently routing the tasks and cases to appropriate team members using auto dispatch. Saves a lot of time as well because I no longer have to try and get a hold of coworkers to assign them their tasks
SalesForce is the BEST.
What do you like best about the product?
SalesForce is a must need for all companies - IT related or not. I use it for the beginning stages of sales, sales processes, and project management. It's completely customizable and fits every need you could have.
What do you dislike about the product?
SalesForce can look outdated - regardless of whether or not you updated to the newest version, Lightning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That not only are we able to use it for Sales (which is what I believe most people use it for) but also Project Management.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a very smooth learning curve. And it covers most of the social media channels so its very easy to keep track of clients across different channels. It also makes it easy to correlate client cases although this needs more work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is a bit on the slower side and you need the patience to wait for things to get updated. The approval workflow is buggy and hard to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it as our primary client interaction platform and handle all client cases via Service Cloud.
For a sales based profession there is no substitute

The different types of data that I can get and as well as adding and removing unnecessary functions.

Can have a steep learning curve at times
