What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to navigate and find potential customers as well keeping track of the database.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many of screen refreshes and scrolling up and down. The transition between multiple screens to process transactions is a tedious experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to keep info of potential clients in an organized database environment so that it would be easier for us to navigate in the future.

Being able to pull reports and export them into Excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the reports aren’t as narrowed down as I would like, and will have to clean up in Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing info/data for reporting purposes is a benefit. Not many problems.

Not sure of anythings I dislike about this product or service. It's a great overall product that helps out our sales :) I would recommend it to anyone I know

I have a lot of problems that I have been able to solve with the use of salesforce service cloud. The client management is fantastic and the sales go smoother then other software our company had used

Great program! We have been dedicated users for almost a year now and have no complaints. It has made interacting with customers much easier and more fun - it has also helped us keep organized records.

Nothing, we dont have any complaints about this program

This is a great tool for those who work in sales.

I like that the interface is very simple, it's very easy to find what you're looking for and take down customer information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a bit glitchy, so sometimes it won't click where you clicked or you'll have to refresh a few times for changes to take place.

Used for logging customer service calls.

This is a fantastic client for accessing data and responding to customer requirements remotely.

It is difficult to configure. There is a lot of support, but the implementation is time consuming.
