What do you like best about the product?
Out of the box features make customisation very easy
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting feature can be a limitation sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Use it for creating cases and case assignments
Makes it easy to track cases and also reduces time taken to resolve

Easy to use and works across many platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
The information has to be manually entered
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking sales of our products and time to be distributed to an engineer. how easy it is to have all the information on one platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Purchase their other products so that the information can be auto populated

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to use once you get on. I've never had any issues with it after that point.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how often it's crashed in the past. There were a few days where I wasn't able to get on for over half my shift.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main business problems I solve with it is being able to keep in contact with customers while allowing others to help when I'm not around.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can access related items and records from one page.
What do you dislike about the product?
How quickly customizations complicate the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Salesforce as our ATS. I love that we can create reports with hyperlinks that we can open in a separate tab. I also love that it’scoud based. Our previous system was a computer software database that you could only access if you had the program downloaded on your computer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it!

What do you like best about the product?
Saleforce is easy to use to keep track of client contacts and project updates! You can even download the app on your phone and enter contact information. Its easy to use and similar to Facebook for your company. You can also like posts and use hashtags.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when a contact is no longer associated with a project, it leaves the person in the list of contacts with only a little box checked to the far right that says no longer at account. It would be helpful if old contacts were removed from the current contact list and kept in a separate drop down menu.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep track of notes for projects from anyone in the company. It easily allows us to update anyone who is looking at the project with the most recent interaction or project update.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think its useful and easy to use. I would recommend it.

Great to see any communication between customers, reps, agents across multiple platforms.

Not all file types can be viewed like any HTML when sending information between customers and SF users

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and customize, while keeping thorough records. Software has the ability to log calls, keep notes, and customization client information screens.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about this application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This application allows us to keep accurate and thorough records on our client requests and changes between our team members. We are able to track response times, as well as many other metrics within the dashboard area.

Great application for customer service uses.
