Exceptional Product
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it is able to blend both Customer Service as well as Support into one easy to use Platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit resource heavy depending on what system is currently attempting to use/access it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically we have been solving the ability to try and manage all of our contacts/leads/referrals along with the support calls that come in regarding those customers. This has really helped to keep everything organized and easy to access.

What do you like best about the product?
I really liked salesforce self service because this product helped organize notes and contacts under accounts and leads in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really didnt like the pricing on how expensive this product was and how long it took to get fixed when it would crash.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used salesforce self service to manage customer service and align all notes in one section.

What do you like best about the product?
The product is intuitive and holistic - has features that I need and some I didn’t know I even needed until I used the product. Smart design.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s expensive! I realize that it is an exclusive product, but with other competitors available sometimes the price is hard to justify.

Sales, service and marketing analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to get a big picture view of my accounts opportunities and documents in one place the collaboration with my resources teammates et Cetera
What do you dislike about the product?
Because there are so many different ways to do the same tasks like it sometimes feel like you are working a lot harder than you need to to perform a simple task. Too many clicks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incited to future opportunities being able to track pipe line, these are all great things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you try it you'll find that you're a lot happier with it then whatever you were using previously.
Excellent CRM
What do you like best about the product?
This is the best tool for processing a sales order. I can also create a simple workflow like case creation and can switch into reporting. It tried it in reports for our credit/debit/returns and it works absolutely best. Better than SAP as you can see clearly what you need in reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the lightning interface. I doesn't look so user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating reports is easy as breeze. This is important in our team as in SAP it can't tell you in detailed in just one looking. But in Salesforce it can create a graph to easy identify which area is needed for improvement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is quite expensive product. But hopefully they can recommend any app exchange that is useful. Trial of it is a bit risky. So we hope that salesforce can give at least a recommendation.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is a software that is alright, but I think the amount of different applications to use within the app may confuse a person
What do you dislike about the product?
Like mentioned earlier, Salesforce does have a little bit too many apps to use, and not enough training within the app.

It definitely allows the company to be more connected with each other.

Salesforce is a very reliable could based service.

Saving or changing items can feel repetitive and I wish it had an auto save feature with and undo function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of data and reporting of data is a breeze with Salesforce.

Being able to communicate in real time with other web users. We can chat 24/7 and even have private chats. great value for the price

The mobile site doesn't have the same features as if you were on the computer or desktop

Its easy to use we are able to talk to our representative quickly weather is a personal matter or a question regarding the call they are on at the time everything is real time.

I like how it is formatted the best. It is very simple and easy to use.

I honestly don't have any complaints. It functions very well.

We used to use a different live agent tool, and it took people out of the round robin too easily. This one solves that by a different routing method.

Great for service on the cloud, easy to use, and not to expensive for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about it, if is was free if would be perfect.

WE are using it provide customers with support as well as chat with our clients. It is very easy to learn how to use.
