Efficiency at its' best!
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce service cloud allows our team to customize the fields and pages for maximum efficiency! It makes implementing processes and assisting clients so easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much about SF Service Cloud I don't like!

We are able to organize a lot of information efficiently!

Can’t delete entries, merge cases, or edit names

The documents are pretty lengthy and there are a lot of steps.

They could use a website update and give more customer appreciation stuff like discounts etc.

It helps a lot with leads and tracking leads in our company. Helps us stay organized and helps us make more sales.

It solves a lot of problems! Salesforce is good and does what they claim to do. Helps with leads and sales for sure. Keeps them organized and trackable.

I have yet to find a feature about Salesforce that I dislike.

I am able to track and categorize my IT cases but faults and resolutions

Such a cool system to help store stuff and communicate with folks that I need to! Plus I got free stickers!

Little bit difficult to add new users and teach them how everything works.

I have been using Salesforce as an end user and for reporting purposes. It’s user friendly and lightning allows live insights

Some fields cannot be combined and on few occasions, I had to create separate reports
