What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how great Salesforce works. This tool is a vital part of my success. It integrates with my email and makes everything flow together perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are minor bugs that can take a while to get fixed. I had one where the typing would go backwards, super weird.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to streamline information seamlessly. It is great to have this tool!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you always keep the most updated version of Salesforce!!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can log your calls, projects, review plans and so much more. Salesforce really helps bring all the programs that you would generally use into one program. I think this program is going to stay successful for a long time as it makes working a lot more easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when salesforce is down. This makes working a lot harder as in my situation I would need to narrate on stickies or paper to keep track of my work for the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes there are too many changes which can make some items confusing but overall the product benefits us to make more money and be efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend using salesforce for all companies. This software makes working a lot easier and efficient in a lot of manners.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is an essential to my daily life at work. I used it when I was in Sales and now I use it in Client Experience. Everything from contractual details to call tracking. I couldn't do life without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
No major dislikes. Only areas where I'm unsure are because I haven't had time to explore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is our one-stop-shop for all things reporting and data. Couldn't do what we do without it!

Would recommend to anyone looking at software to track all company information!
SalesForce is the BEST.
What do you like best about the product?
SalesForce is a must need for all companies - IT related or not. I use it for the beginning stages of sales, sales processes, and project management. It's completely customizable and fits every need you could have.
What do you dislike about the product?
SalesForce can look outdated - regardless of whether or not you updated to the newest version, Lightning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That not only are we able to use it for Sales (which is what I believe most people use it for) but also Project Management.

I need more training. Nothing to complain about.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to navigate and the functionality is much better than other platforms that I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I am working on fulfillment items, I get error messages when trying to complete the workflow for no reason so have to wait to do it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a Quality Specialist working on billing issues with the customer and determining whether or not one of the advertising campaigns are live. I am easily able to quickly find all the information I need to audit accounts and can get in touch with sales reps and other employees easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create separate databases within the same company for different departments to access different information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any major problems using this software.

Utilizing the search functions within Salesforce to retrieve customer data to verify their identity and provide account information to them as requested.

It can be a little confusing. There is a lot to learn and know.

We are solving customer's problems with the service cloud and making sure they are being taken care of and that our business is organized. The benefits is the time saved.

I like everything it can do far as resolution and agent productivity. It really makes keeping customer data and sales all in one place to help with the process

I can't say there is anything that I do not like about it yet! I would keep using this product

Just the overall smoothness of the Salesforce service, it really makes my job a but easier. I like how easy it is to use.I would like to hear how others are enjoying it also.
