What a fun lead generation product
What do you like best about the product?
I like the social media integration / look-feel on the program. I liked the intuitiveness while not taking away from the basic purpose of the program. It enhances the things a company can do in multiple deparments (not just sales) which is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be useful outside of the sales department in a more broad way. I wish I had more access to this product. I use it daily but I wish it could also be used as a helpdesk and not just as lead generation (I feel like salesforce would crush the helpdesk software industry).

Lead management

Slow.. Takes a while to load and crashes frequently

Bank errors. Workflows allow for fewer mistakes

Honestly it's hard to come up with any negatives, it's fast easy and solid

I love that salesforce allows you to have all departments on one "page"

There are quite a few updates, sometimes hard to adjust but not too bad.

Unified source of information. Makes it easy for transparency.

What do you like best about the product?
Only used as a tester version but it was always useful for me as an independent freelancer worker which is useful to me maintain schedules and deals management and managing events

Didn't find a single con about this CRM

Really the best Customer-Relationship Management Software in these days.

Prospecting is easier when knowledge is open and available.

I love the fact that Salesforce is a great platform which is very easy to integrate with other data warehouses.

I don't dislike anything as of right now

I currently use service cloud for user case management. it is a great tool for case management and offers great tools like task assignment, escalation rules and other automation based on predefined rules.

It is a great tool that has a ton of resources to offer.

I love the fact I can go back and review everything withing sales force about customer order. Great for managing customers calls and emails.

I don't like that five 9 sometimes does not connect

We are stacking information for customer weather it be a complaint or feedback or even just questions.

its very user friendly and easy to use. it makes sense.

i dislike the colors; it hurts my eyes when i look at it for too long

instead of having data on 4 different sites, they all come together just by using the one salesforce program.

you should use it, but make sure your workers really understand it before launching the process

I wished that it did have a desk notification that can be set up for when something is new in there.
