What do you like best about the product?
I like the Omni Channel set and the Skills that we can assign to the Service Support analysts. I like the tools like Zoom Info, D&B hoovers, Crowdvocate, Apptus.
What do you dislike about the product?
l got Nothing to dislike with Salesforce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The routing of cases, Chats and calls with Ease of use is the best feature I am experiencing. The customer and partner portal is really helpful to the business without any hickups

It's been quite a good learning experience to be part of this digital initiative. Knowing the emerging digital trends both in sales and marketing is helpful and practical.

No, there's nothing missing and nothing that I dislike.

Target monitoring, Analytics, Forcast Analysis, Performance Measurement have been quite efficient and effective.

Must have tool for sales force performance monitoring, alanytics and target forecasting.

What do you like best about the product?
Flows are the best part of Salesforce for quick development. Also, there are a lot of built-in integrations. You will not find this type of liberty in other CRMs like Siebel.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should not be any certification maintenance like PMP and other certifications to maintain it. When we are certified once, we should not be asked to certify again.

I would say editing part needs to be a little more smooth where once can hover over a particular field and it allows them to change the selected content or edit it

What do you like best about the product?
The most important feature that I like about Salesforce Service Cloud CRM is the ability to customize your fields according to your organization's need. I also find that the ability to integrate with 3rd party solutions to be effective as well. Another feature that I feel is useful is that you can manage your cases from one place without having to shift between windows to be able to find what you are looking for.

The only thing that I find to be on the downside is the price which can be considered to be high for some organizations.

We were looking for a solution to manage our Support Tickets, and found out that Salesforce Service Cloud CRM is the product that will fit our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to sort the emails. We can make folder for a specific email department. User Friendly and very smooth tools. Can use single sign in. Highly recomended tool.

Autp log out when not in use for an hour.

Big help.for the team to sort the email tickets and easy to response. We can add templates for easy reply use.
