A literal transformative product

What do you like best about the product?
I love that service cloud makes it easy for customer service reps to help thier customers efficiently. There is no need to go digging for data, everything they need is right in one consolidated view.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite thing about service cloud is the fact that you have e to partner with an external vendor for telephony service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Service stopped the need for reps to monitor several email addresses for cases. Now emails come in, cases are created, and assigned automatically.

What do you like best about the product?
Provides great insights that allow us to ensure we stay on top of service for all our customers. AI roadmap ensures we are leveraging the best tech for meeting our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some overlap with existing products like sales cloud but overall no major downsides which is impressive for such a complex product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows customers to get support and answers to frequently asked questions and service center locations quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great that your Cases are viewable within your Sales platform and you can have a holistic view of the customer and their needs. We found that there were features lacking in case routing and automation through macros that ultimately made it not the right fit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Macros are very clunky and can't update field values.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed us to attach service requests to customer accounts and assign their SLA based on the service level they purchased.
