What do you like best about the product?
Case management process, service process, community experience with total flexibility and lot of out of the box components which helps both dev and business together

Nothing so far, let's improve the AI part of that a bit more to make it more bug free and better value to the business and dev and create a trust between proples

What do you like best about the product?
Service Cloud is quite useful to keep on track different issues clients might have. The way it approaches every client is effective and easy, improving the response rate for issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's nothing related to the system. But the way it had been promoted in Mexico. There's no much info or details for future buyers and how it may be used in the different life cases of companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The approach and solving problems for users, the different channels pf how clients may contact the company, and improving the post sell process of the company with current clients

Service Cloud Vooice is an amazing tool and lighting community for those who are still in classsic help improve the gap between B2b and B2C areas.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives a full view of the challenge a customer is facing and allows me to pull in other teams through related cases to solve issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email screen is too small to effectively work in. Needs to be the largest section on the page. Or have ability to hide the case elements so the email screen is larger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting teams in one tool eliminating the swivel chair effect. Saving us time with simple case management frees our team up to focus on improving the relationship and upselling to the customer.

We have been able to leverage out of box functionality and only have to customize to meet our IP reququirements

Reporting can be cumbersome when data it's dispersed among objects. Internal data Lake would be helpful

What do you like best about the product?
I love they the out of the box experience is already fitting almost all of our needs, and yet still so much flexibility to customize and fit your business needs. Having service cloud has massively improved our ability to trend product issues and better manage continuous product. I'm super excited about agentforce voice

not mich. Sometimes the out of box options are too much/overwhleming, i would rather have a dl/streamlined startup and then add as nmuch as needed
