What do you like best about the product?
Inter connectivity with queues, cases, and managing work all in one place. Service Cloud when integrated with other Salesforce applications, users are able to experience also the partnership with others part of the Salesforce ecosystem.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about it. So far it has worked great in solving for client issues, splicing real problems in real time. I also appreciate the ability it has to connect with other solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing cases for users in Service Cloud. Contact centers when integrated with Voice Cloud or Enablement Sites, the experience is just comlely around the customer and the gent.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce service cloud is a must especially if your company already use Salesforce Sales Cloud. The company will get a customer 360 view of the pre and post sales experience. With service cloud, you're also getting a platform where you can build custom solutions
What do you dislike about the product?
Case milestone is too focused on time but you can install the case flags app from app exchange that offers more flexibility. This is just a small thing, otherwise it is a great product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standardization of work by using the Actions and Recommendations lightning component, lightning path component and knowledge articles. We also implemented automation to reduce clicks and improve data integrity.

Can be pricey, or hard to get a good understanding of the licensing/skus/add-ons/etc

Consolidates all of our support channels into a single console/experience. Eliminated a ton of external systems, streamlines agent training, improved handle times etc.
