System is extremely configurable and you can design without major development efforts.

Easy to integrate, user friendly and configurable

What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I like best about Salesforce Service Cloud is its ease of use. The interface is intuitive and userfriendly, making it easy for agents to get up to speed quickly and overall the best platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the cost. Some small businesses who has limited budget can not afford it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy access to see the customer data and profile. All the records of customers and call histories.

We can lead sales team in daily basis, generate reports for Key accounts and input all database for future use in one platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Data input takes time so we need to allocate freelencers to do this task

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I am able to switch between accounts from one department to another. That lets me view information from other department, help the customer more effectively. I like how I can create and modify cases for different clients. It is limited to that. I have been using from 3 years now.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is user friendly but interface is kind a boring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it in customer service to create case and keep track of things related to products, services and follow ups.
