What do you like best about the product?
When a deal is closed, I don't have to send an email to the implementation team about service delivery
What do you dislike about the product?
When sales reps don't enter enough info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivery of new orders and managing customer complaints

Low maintenance implementation and very intuitive for users

Probably implementation time if scope changes

We had legacy systems that causes us to lose client trust, we had several downtimes and was leading us to have a bad NPS

It's sometimes difficult to configure as per use.

What do you like best about the product?
Case management is key
It allows for so much customization which allows us to be scale
Has great reporting options in house plus ability to get more options through it's many integration options
Tons of existing and new automation options coming in that we are excited for
What do you dislike about the product?
Ui can be a bit better for our agent team
It was a bit more expensive than others
Reporting options a bit limited out of the box
Customization options are a bit complex for junior admins however the ai features coming to streamline flow creation can help eliminate that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better customer service
Better productivity for agents
Scalable solution so we don't have to keep adding new options or implement new solutions
