What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Kore.AI XO 11 is how it significantly enhances the end-to-end conversational AI development experience. The new release brings a more intuitive design interface, improved GenAI-powered features, and streamlined deployment options, making it easier to build, test, and scale bots efficiently.

I particularly appreciate the AI-assisted dialog design and intent discovery tools, which help speed up bot creation while maintaining accuracy. The advanced analytics, knowledge AI, and omnichannel integration capabilities also make XO 11 a robust platform for delivering consistent, intelligent experiences across multiple touchpoints.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I’m really impressed with the capabilities of XO 11 — particularly the generative AI, unified sessions, and improved dialog builder — I do recognise that:

The migration / upgrade path from earlier versions can add complexity (especially for legacy bots or custom flows).

Language support and localization are still catching up, so for global roll-outs there may be extra effort.

Because of the richness of features, it can feel quite enterprise-heavy for smaller teams or non-technical users, so enabling the right training/skills is key.

Some integrations and modules are still flagged as “coming soon” or with limitations, so I'd make sure we audit those for our use-case.

My approach would be: build a migration/roll-out plan, ensure the team has support, prioritise early testing of integration and localisation, and continuously feedback to the vendor on any gaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.AI is solving the problem of fragmented and inefficient customer and employee interactions by providing a unified conversational AI platform.

It enables organizations to automate repetitive tasks, improve self-service rates, and empower human agents with AI-driven insights. By integrating chatbots, voice bots, and agent assist tools into one ecosystem, Kore.AI ensures consistent and intelligent communication across channels.

For me, the benefit is being able to design, deploy, and scale AI assistants without needing extensive coding, while still having the flexibility to add custom logic and integrations. It’s helped me build smarter automation solutions faster and with better analytics to track performance.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Kore.ai is its low code platform that makes building AI agents simple yet powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
more simple answers, Pricing and licensing may be on the higher side for smaller businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I will use for my day-to-day task to save more time on those particular tasks , it really save lot of time for me in order better understanding of the code ,debug and many more

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to spin up an agent for our marketing team or our customer support folks. The drag-and-drop builder is realy intuitive, and our dev team can still go deeper with code when they need to. It's also cool how multiple agents can work together and share context; our helpdesk bot can hand off to a billing bot w/out loosing the thread. It comes with strong security and complianc features, and we were able to plug it into Salesforce and Slack w/out any headaches.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curv when you first set it up, and some of the advanced features require more training. The licencing cost might be Also, I'd love if there were more ready-made templates for marketing-specific usecases.high for small teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.ai helps us handle huge volumen of customer inquiries without adding headcount. Our marketing team can pull up data from across CRM and knowledge base quickly, and our operatons folks can automate repetitive tasks. It improves response time and gives us consistant messaging while freeing up humans for higher level work.

What do you like best about the product?
The instructor was really helpful in understanding the BOT implementation concepts using multiple examples.
Overall the kore.ai platform is quite user friendly and its quite easy to deploy a bot and publish it to production using kore.ai
What do you dislike about the product?
The kore.ai platform is sometimes unstable and causes glitches while saving any configurations.

Kore.ai is upto speed with the market trends specifically on the conversational IVR and chatbot perspective.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Kore.ai is the way it gives full control for building smart bots. Everything is in one place. The platform makes it easy to test, plug LLMs, and connect to external data using RAG and usage search. No need to depend on multiple tools — everything is smooth and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be frank, the platform is quite strong overall, but one area that can be improved is the response latency when working with LLMs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.ai solves key enterprise challenges like automating customer support, IT service desks, and complex workflows using conversational AI. For me, as a test engineer, it helps by providing a unified platform to build, test, and integrate bots with LLMs and external data sources easily. This reduces manual work, speeds up bot deployment, and improves accuracy in data retrieval with Agentic RAG—making my job efficient and reliable.

What I like most in kore.ai
1. There are 4 types of products to build the bots.
2. It is a low-code, no-code platform.
3. Based on the requirements, we have nodes to build.
4. Chat and voice bot building.
5. There are different roles while implementing the bots. Based on the roles, we can send it to others for testing.
6. Customer support is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Subscription cost.
2. Prior Knowledge required to build the product.
3. Based on one command, we can't build the bot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to build the bots and easy to integrate with my website.

What do you like best about the product?
The best tool to design a chatbot. I enjoyed the training session. The mentor was very well versed with the concepts and she was able to clarify all queries. The entire session was very wonderfully conducted.

I do not feel there is anything that I dislike about the platform. It is very well curated.

What do you like best about the product?
The capability to add structure and Gen AI together is excellent, as it creates a very conversational but controlled experience for the end user. It is easy to get up to speed with the basics, and then there's a lot to learn when going up to the advanced level which is great because it gives more control over the end result.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a bit fiddly when configuring outputs from Gen AI blocks. I had to write a post-processor script to get this to work, because the entity array would be in different formats each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an IT integration development consultancy and we develop bots for clients using Kore.ai.
