I recently completed the Conversational AI course using Kore.AI and also built a few projects based on what I learned—and I have to say, I genuinely loved the experience.
What stood out to me the most was how easy and intuitive the platform is. Even as someone still growing in the AI space, I found it incredibly helpful for understanding how conversational bots work. The tools and features are well thought out, and the platform gives you a lot of flexibility whether you're working with no-code or diving into custom logic.
The course itself was well-structured, and the hands-on approach helped me apply what I learned directly into real-world projects. I especially appreciated how Kore.AI supports integration with various systems and offers strong NLP capabilities—it made my bots feel smart and responsive.

While I really enjoyed using Kore.AI and found it very useful for learning and building projects, there are a few small things that could be better. Some advanced features take a bit of time to understand, and the interface can occasionally feel slow when working on complex bots. Also, having more flexibility in the free tier would be great for learners. But overall, it’s a solid platform and I’d still highly recommend it!

Kore.AI is solving the challenge of building smart, human-like conversations between users and systems. For me, it made learning and creating conversational bots much easier. Integrating with external systems such as CRMs and RPA tools was uncomplicated, which helped me seamlessly incorporate the platform into existing workflows. I haven't encountered any issues so far. However, I think Kore could consider increasing the 50,000 token limit provided with the standard edition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has led to a noticeable improvement in overall contact centre efficiency. Additionally, it has contributed to higher revenue and greater productivity.
The Conversation flows like human. Complete and self-manageable platform.

The use of AI is present throughout the conversation, from interpreting questions to formulating answers. It really gives the feeling of talking to another person. It is possible to integrate several AI engines, in addition to having one's own. It offers numerous configuration parameters for the use of AI, allowing for very precise adjustments. The interface for building dialogue flows is very clear and visual, which makes it easy to explain its operation even to those who have no knowledge about chatbots. Furthermore, self-management is complete: all necessary tasks can be performed from the same platform, without relying on a support area to get the chatbot up and running.

I particularly value the ability to design, train, deploy, and analyze virtual assistants all within a single environment. The flexibility it offers to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and combine their strengths with the platform's proprietary NLU (Natural Language Understanding) models is a huge advantage. This allows me to quickly create robust, scalable, and contextual conversational experiences, significantly reducing development complexity and accelerating time-to-market. As a developer, what I dislike most about Kore.ai is that, despite its great power and abundance of features, the platform can sometimes feel too complex or a bit rigid when I try to make very deep customizations or utilize agile development workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.AI solves the problem of complexity and time-to-market in developing conversational AI at an enterprise scale. For me as a developer, this translates into the direct benefit of accelerated development and reduced integration effort. Instead of building the complex NLU, backend, and orchestration infrastructure from scratch, I can use their low-code platform and pre-built connectors for enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, etc.). This allows me to focus on the business logic and user experience, delivering end-to-end virtual assistant solutions that are inherently scalable and secure much faster than with traditional development.
Powerful Automation and Security, But Steep Learning Curve and Slow Support

Kore.ai can feel complex initially; mastering advanced workflows takes time. occasional response delays and slower support during implementation.

Kore.ai solves fragmented services and operations by deploying enterprise AI agents that automate customer support, IT, HR, and back-office workflows across chat, voice, and digital channels, reducing manual effort and accelerating end-to-end resolution.
