Perfect AI Solution for BPO Companies
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Kore.AI provides a precise function in the AI contact center, which replicates the work of a real call center agent step by step. Also, the platform is very user-friendly. We switched from using Genesys to Kore.AI because of its advanced features.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Kore.AI for an AI contact center. It solves the problem of agent manpower by automating call functions, replicating a real call center agent's work step by step.

1- The professional instructor Suman Gurram is supportive and explains the topic in an easy manner

What do you dislike about the product?
1- in the platform, I can't delete the unused components that I created by mistake or no longer used, such as: node, message, entity ...etc.

it helps me in creating my first AI agent that understood the conversation and rich of different resources (FAQ, documents, websites and CSV), by this feature my agent will understand the user's intent to rely on AI Fastly and easy

It also automates support and workflows across channels while seamlessly integrating with enterprise systems. Moreover, using Kore.AI alongside CRM systems, ticketing tools, and internal workflows enhances real-time conversational experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features have a learning curve for new users, and the documentation should be more transparent and detailed to make onboarding and planning easier. Advanced features would be easier to use with more detailed, use case-driven documentation, clearer examples, and stronger in-product guidance for complex workflows and integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.AI solves the challenge of scaling intelligent conversations by automating support and workflows. Its strong NLU ensures accurate intent understanding, and the low-code platform lets me build and scale complex conversational experiences quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform allows you to create complex conversational flows with ease, requiring minimal coding. It also offers built-in support for multiple channels. The natural language processing is reliable, and the user interface is straightforward and user-friendly for both developers and business users.

At times, the user interface feels somewhat clunky, particularly when handling large bot flows. Additionally, debugging more complex conversations is not always intuitive, and I find that the documentation lacks sufficient detail for advanced use cases.

Kore.ai has streamlined both customer and employee interactions by using intelligent chatbots. In my experience, it has significantly lessened the manual work involved in addressing repetitive questions and has led to faster response times. Additionally, I’ve found it much simpler to deploy bots on various platforms without the need to rebuild them each time.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been able to develop a fantastic virtual assistant with Kore. The implementation has been very smooth. Our Customer Success Manger has been crucial to drive the project to completion.

Some features have taken longer than expected to complete, but all in all we've got what we've requested.

Reducing the load of incoming calls to some sales staff and also processing email requests from customers.

I dislike that Kore.ai’s customization options, while powerful, often require deep platform knowledge and can slow down development. As a professional, I find that even small configuration changes sometimes demand multiple steps instead of a streamlined workflow.
