What do you like best about the product?
Kore.ai is easy to applicable ,and easy to develop the flow of dialogue task and NLP train is easy to understand
Upside of kore.ai is easy to enable the channel
What do you dislike about the product?
In KG Engine section when I add some child item it's not updated immediately once I refresh it working
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling the multilingual by using content variable my issue is resolved

What do you like best about the product?
It's the best AI powered "no code" platform. It provides facility to design, build, test, host, and deploy AI virtual Assistants. We can easily build chatbot with multifunctions.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikings from my side for this tool. It's very easy to create Virtual assistant with this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creats chatbots easily and quicky. We can train the bot with the help of NLP engine.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly experience is very nice. And it is easy to build.

There is nothing I can dislike about this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have problem with creating a bot but it is very complex for other methods. By this product I can build as easy as possible and more conversation bot.

The granularity control over each topic & the extent to which you can customize without writing much code

Nothing, everything is great, compared to what rasa or DialogFlow has to offer

Kore.ai has the downside of requiring technical knowledge, as configuring and making bot flow is difficult for a non-tech person. You will need basic computer skills; reading the documentation and following tutorials may take time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

2) The Universal Bot debug does not have a standard bot name enabled.

Escalation to agents is one of the main features of a conversational AI platform. It should have been covered better.

XO platform having great and efficient GUI making work with the platform a real pleasure- Coverage of multiple communication channels including customized UX meeting customer expectations for each channel.
Quick Deployment & Setup-Great Customer Relationship-Tooling (botbuilder) ease of use.
The customer relationship with Kore is one of the best features.
