agile and efficient platform to create virtual assistants regardless of the theme
What do you dislike about the product?
absence of language translation, the platform is required to be in the programmers' language for a better work experience

What do you like best about the product?
I like in the kore its so easy too use and easy to implement better fetures in this to support there customers frequently use easly to integrate the things on plaeforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
on the kore all the functions was really nice and adptable and high customer support and productivity is more so for me its so good thing and nothing i have to dislike in this.

What do you like best about the product?
The call center solution has changed how we work, made us more efficent. It's like night and day. Our reps are happier, and m,ore importantly so are our clients. It makes brining up information "and" suggestions that are spot on. It is also very easy to use, and since they help with Customer Support, their Customer Support is excellent, and it was very easy to integrate into our system solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price, not surprising. Minor, and I mean very minor bugs, which do get fixedm and sometimes quicker than I thought would be the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.ai has been a game-changer for our call center operations, significantly enhancing efficiency and overall customer experience. The platform's intuitive design and powerful automation capabilities streamlined our processes, allowing agents to focus on high-value interactions. Our Net Promoter Score (NPS) witnessed a notable uptick since implementing Kore.ai, showcasing the positive impact on customer satisfaction. What do you like best about the product?
Kore.AI is the best platform which helps people to develop the chatbot and virtual assistents it is no code and low code platform where we can create chatbot easily. and the best part is they make us learn by giving training to us and helps to understand the concepts that how to build and test the bot which helps me to get best human friendly bot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any kinds which is dislikes but going on advance levels we need to explore lot of things to build UI and all as we like or business need this is not dislikes but it's kind of thin where we need to enhance ourselves
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Kore.AI sloves is it helps user to make things easy by example I say and explain how it works
I have created atravel assistent where traveller can book a flight in the mean time he can also book cab to make fast so thatall will be on same place this can be done on app too but Here in Bot we feel an human intraction and make things quick but using NLP we can add multiple words for single thing

What do you like best about the product?
Kore.ai hits the right boxes in a lot of areas:
1. Ease of use: A person with no coding experience can use the solutions offered by Kore.ai with ease and develop complex transactions. It alos offers one click deploy feature whenre the bot becomes available in multiple channels at once.

2. Learning Courses and Documentation: The courses and training offered by Kore.ai are top notch. They encapsulate a wide variety of topics in a easy to understand format. The webinars and sessions conducted by Kore professionals is also very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to say here. Hopefully the documentations on Git Hub becomes much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps provide a one stop solution for access to all enterpise applications. This has helped use keep the employees engaged and imporve our ability to support them quickly and efficiently.

Sometimes users suddenly logged out from the page, some services are not working properly.
