I could see Kore.AI is solving multiple problems under multiple areas, so far i have experienced ITSM, Business management, Travel Assistant and many more... and
Its really helping me to quickly solve the problem and made me to develop intelligent assistant in less time.

The least helpful to my Kore.ai is unable to listen continuously 4 hours

What do you like best about the product?
Kore XO Platform provides a very extensive way to deply smart bots into different channel carrying the same experience in all of them. The tools are simple and is a friendly approaching to new conversational agents. Deploying the bot in this channels just need a couple of clicks and let you communicate through whatsapp, web channel, and other services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe documentation could have more friendly examples, videos or guides of using some components.

Kore lets me automate processes for different customers and requirements

Great development experience with various channels. One portal for easy development and implementation, integration testing and user experience

Works only with Javascript. Concepts that Kore.AI is built on is easy, but we need to familiarize ourselves to the concepts.

The interface is very easy to understand and the amount of support provided the team in means of training and documents are excellent. Its easy to find answers to any related queries.

Voice side or IVR channel is yet to improve

Kore AI helps to identify the customers to reach to the options provided by us in an easy way. It reduce the customer navigation through unnecessary options.

What do you like best about the product?
I recently build a chatbot for travelling assistant using kore.ai platform. I have attended the kore.ai basic developer training where i gained valuable experience which helped me in understanding the complete flow of a chatbot. The trainer (Jayanti Chakarboti) has explained everthing very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about kore.ai.

Kore.ai is helping in chatbots development without coding from scratch. I got an exposure to build a chatbot for one of my project post my kore.ai training.

ChatBot is an all-in-one plaforms to create, deploy and track bots across various channels. The customization options are pretty and navigating through the platform and integration is super easy. What do you like best about the product?
Platform with great functioning components. Simplified in ground level for the developer to handle each function. Everything arranged systematically which provides perfect support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes bot builder platform (strucks) doesn't work suddenly. A Proper Loader can be implemented while fetching the response in the bot to achieve great user experience where it takes time to load the response. Would be helpful if care could be taken for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would be helpful if you could add a loader to the chatbot while fetching the data, which could engage the user to bot. That provides a good user experience.

The only downsize of kore.ai is that you need to learn java script programming.
