Seamless contact sync

What do you like best about the product?
Once set up, you don't need to bother any more. It just works as it should, and gives me a peace of mind for that particular purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, I was irritated regarding the pricing model, but I found a package now which perfectly fits my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our cloud-based CRM does not provide contact sync with Office365 yet - so this is perfectly solved.
