Ease of use, time saving, detailed analysis, excellent customer support.
Extensive usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is little steep. UI can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to view traces and logs very easily and debug the issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a long-time and frequent user of Coralogix and would like to share good insight about it.
It is very impressive log management tool which provides very comprehensive observability for logging and tracing.
You can very easily implement it, Navigate across UI and It offers great visualisations.
It has very brief documentation which saves users time by getting straight to the point.
You can easily integrate with tools like fluentd, fluent-bit and other log shipping tools.
I am sharing this with my personal experience, coralogix support is very quick and to the point and provide insightful solutions that resolve your issues efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would't say dislike but will be add on if provide deeper AI integration with impressive chatbot to elevate the Coralogix experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves lot of time from log management, just dump your logs and enjoy comprehensive observability.
It offers remarkably fast log search capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Real time monitoring, Interface is user friendly, can be integrated with Various platform, We use frequently, very easy to implement, easy to debug customer issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was difficult/challenging when use it first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it gives you real time monitoring, we integrated with multiple platform it notify the alerts.

Best Logging System

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the way their logging search both lucene and data prime both the querying part are easy, advanced and fast. Also i like their Alerting system configuration that integrate with other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, features we used are working well and there is no dislike about them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly we use for the log analysis which is time saver for the developer because of their UI and their fast search. Also i like their APM which is benefiting us in finding our application performance issue and fixing it easily.

filtering option, alerts , AI query, dataprime queries, application performance monitoring,easy integration

as of now i don't feel anything dislikes about Coralogix, everything works fine for our requirement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coralogix APM helps us to debug with the app performance . the logging system is very useful to finding critical errors

What do you like best about the product?
Really appreciate the Techinal Support team for continuous help in resolving issue
Integration with Application is simple
Easy to navigate on UI for Logs,Metrics pages with great filter mechanisum
The alert mechanisam helps team to take appropriate action on time
Graphical representation of any search string helps in understanding when it was observed and how many times occured(Anomalies )
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching over logs takes longer time than expected

While debugging its diffcult to remeber loging details of log server , logs path and corlogix really sort this issue

What do you like best about the product?
1. Customer support is very quick. We get quick responses on how to add alerts and other queries.
2. Frequent search feature makes log search quick and we are able to debug quickly.
3. We have created custom dashboards which makes monitoring easy for Dev and Ops teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is fulfilling almost all of our company's requirements. Also they are frequently rolling out the feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Coralogix, we have a centralized monitoring and alerting platform that enables the Ops and Dev teams to proactively monitor logs.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease to use, ease to implementation
Having a good customer support and quick resolution for each challenge
having a multiple features which we used for alerting and finding issues in the application. due to multiple features we use this application very frequently

some things are quite difficult to integrate with other application

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Coralogix is their user friendly interface and their log querying part is very easy both the lucene and data prime. Also their frequent search is very fast in retrieving the logs. their slack integration for alerting is easy to monitor
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing.
Coralogix has all the essential features that our company need. Also they are frequently rolling out the feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coralogix is very useful in debugging our production issue very easily as their quering part is very deep to fetch the logs that we required and analyze the issue easily. their alerting is very benfits for us to proactively identify the issue before customer reports. we are using their APM to monitor our application and improving our performance.
