Great for learning and compliance
What do you like best about the product?
It assists with helping us complete questions that clients have. The training library helps us learn and become compliance so that questions clients have can get answered quicker.
What do you dislike about the product?
The videos could be in a better format and some of the restrictions to completing training could be a little better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance Plus is good at keeping our company compliant. It benefits me as an admin since a lot of the training is automated so I don't need to interact with users to set it up.
Realistic Training
What do you like best about the product?
I liked that the training and videos are realistic and relevant to todays environment. It is easy to schedule trainings for employees and to keep track of their progress
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see some automation where if a user fails training or clicks an email that shouldn't be clicked they are directed to take a short video and maybe a questionnaire and then the results are sent to an administrator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance plus frees up our team from actually doing the training and also lends credibility to what IT and security have been saying and preaching to employees. When an employee incorrectly clicks or sends PCI or PII through email we have the ability to quickly enroll them in the appropriate training.
Engaging Security and Compliance Training that drives Employee Awareness
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps our security and compliance training all with a single vendor. The content is more engaging than our previous vendor.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that comes to mind about something I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are required to train around HIPAA, as well as other compliance topics around ethic's, bribery and harassment. This has helped us in meeting our compliance requirements and increasing our employees awareness.
Balanced Information, But Trainings Feel Oversimplified
What do you like best about the product?
I think it offers a solid balance of information that both businesses and end users need to know and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is a good platform, I feel that the trainings are somewhat oversimplified and have a bubble gum quality to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT works closely with HR and although we have a Learning platform in our HR system KB4 has a better easier to use platform.
KnowBe4 Compliance Plus
What do you like best about the product?
Curated Compliance module and content that is easy to use especially at an early stage where the compliance program is not mature. There are a lot of topics that are covered and the content is relevant and up to date. For an organisation like ours that has a lot of subsidiaries and compliance covers a broad set of areas, this is an ideal solution that is easy to implement and integrate with other existing tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customisation in some modules is limited and at times it is difficult to follow a consistent branding. It would also help to have expanded focus on region specific and industry specific content but that is a huge task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are primarily using KnowBe4 Compliance Plus for Data Governance and Data Privacy mostly although we are also using the platform for other areas.
Great Product, but the UI / UX has faded and continues to age.

It's really quite impressive when it comes to internal phishing campaigns as well as trainining.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of effective Entra and M365 native connectors. It always feels like I'm working on a puzzle with toothpicks. I eventually get there, but it takes far too many steps to accomplish simple tasks. Sorry, this is a

It allows us to expand our training footprint to also include the needs / requirements of our HR offices on the same platform.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to setup campaigns and triggers for training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many training options! (But I'm not sure that is really a bad thing.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The training is equipping our team members with the knowledge to avoid compromising our security. Unfortunately, we, as humans, are often the weakest link when it comes to cybersecurity. By actively training our team, we're agreeing with the quote "Prevention is better than cure".
Something for everyone - Low cost, high value.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how we can include our cybersecurity training with our compliance training and have everything under 1 umbrella.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface feels a little clunky when trying to sift through the content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us reduce cost by having one location with all the trainings. Otherwise, for all of our employees across the different states, we'd have to spend more and find different modules to account for those.
Effortless, Engaging, and Effective Training Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like KnowBe4 Compliance Plus for its ease of use, as I can easily create customizable campaigns. Users find the platform engaging, leading to high adoption rates, and it feels like the easiest one compared to other training platforms I've used, with fewer complaints. There are many different training materials available, and 'The Inside Man' is particularly popular with users, akin to a Netflix series. It's great to see people excited about training. This tool allows for engaging bite-sized training that helps convey our message more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there's too much training available, and you might not know about it all. It feels like you could have training useful for the team, but there are so many that you didn't know it existed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Compliance Plus fills our essential training needs for audits, governance, and making users knowledgeable in crucial areas. It's user-friendly and offers customizable campaigns that increase user engagement and adoption rates.
Made Training, Phishing test, compliance more user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Portal access and dedicated customer success manager to contact
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much as they keep improving which is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cybersecurity training, unlimited phishing tests, easy integration, several training modules, customization and training records. Phishing Alert Button has been very helpful.
