Fast, communicative, professional, and delivered results

Excellent experience all the way through- special thank you to Kevron (and the SG Team).
We scouted several other CaaS providers, and had even used others previously before trying StrikeGraph. We are very happy with StrikeGraph's process and product and they will continue to be our trusted compliance partner.
Absolutely perfect experience from beginning to now- we hit our target dates with full completion of multiple certs. Open and honest communication from day 1, quick responses from Kevron and the SG team, and overall just a very customer friendly process that helps move things along faster with less confusion and roadblocks. Appreciate all of the guidance and assistance along the way.

What do you dislike about the product?
None. We did not experience any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HIPAA, SOC2 compliance management / completion. We will also utilize them for other certs in the future ie. PCI
My experience using StrikeGraph for SOC2 Type 2 audits
What do you like best about the product?
The Compliance Dashboard and the Control Monitoring dashboards are the best feature that StrikeGraph offers in my opinion as it gives you high-level review of the status of risks, controls and evidence.
The Help Centre is also an incredibly helpful tool given it contains sample templates and documentation for most of controls.

What do you dislike about the product?
The UI at times is unresponsive and glitchy. In my 2+ years of using StrikeGraph, I've notcied the UI at times fights with the user especially when I try using filters in the control library or evidence respository tabs.
Additionally, the inability to upload more than 1 file at a time for evidence does become frustrating at times especially if you have to upload 50+ onboarding checklists.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
StrikeGraph has made it easier for our internal audit teams to monitor SOC2 Type 2 & GDPR compliance. The control library makes it easy for any user to upload evidence requirements without having to understand all the details and nuancs of the secuirty frameworks.
It's helped make it easy and quick to onboard new members onto the audit team as there's a need for minimal knowledge transfer on the framework requirements

The product is functional and gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
Aside from a easy way to store evidence, the automated collection reminders are what separates the platform from just creating your own Sharepoint storage. There's also audit tracking where you can see who and when evidence was uploaded which is also helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occassionally glitchy when clicking evidence, you need to refresh a couple times fot evidence to appear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps during audit period as auditors can access the platform and conduct the audit using the system.

What do you like best about the product?
StrikeGraph's team and their SaaS application were key to enabling our succesful SOC-2 and HIPAA certifications. They were proactive in guiding us through every phase -and always available when needed. They earned my strongest recommendation! The ongoing review of our documentation and process updates, especially the timely reminders sent by their platform - help immensely in maintaining our certifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have any negative feedback. From their platform, their knowledgable team, and fair pricing, they checked all of our boxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a small Operations team it is a challenge to keep abreast of all the compliance documentation updates, security testing schedules and audit execution preparations. StrikeGraph serves as our outsourced compliance officer of sorts, enabling our internal staff to better focus on client-facing tasks until pro-actively notified that they need to attend to a compliance task.
Efficient Auditing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Super simple and easy to understand dashboard. Easy to assign and submit evidence.

I have not found anything that I dislike about this tool in around 1 year of use.

Strike graph gives our team a simple and consise solution to submitting and storing audit evidence.
Streamlined Compliance with Exceptional Support
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Strike Graph for risk management and SOC2 Type1 and Type 2 Compliance for a couple of years, and it has been a great experience. I like the simplicity of the design and how compliance can be done effortlessly. The way document collection works is impressive, and I find it easy to track responsibility and timelines. It also provides a huge number of documents and all kinds of templates for our use. The support is awesome, with our account manager always being responsive and patient. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy, which was a big plus for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are small things on the document automatic collection. We have it integrated with our SharePoint / OneDrive, but it could be more helpful if the function can be enhanced. I am hoping it can automatically collect all documents under one folder, not just limited to one file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Strike Graph for risk management and SOC2 compliance. It solves issues like tracking expiry, review, and approval dates, and eliminates manual spreadsheet tracking. The simplicity of compliance design and document management is impressive, saving us time and simplifying processes.
Bottom line: It helped us achieve a clean (no exception) audit report in one tenth of the time.
What do you like best about the product?
The structure of the tool provided structure for things to proceed quickly. It removed a lot of ambiguities. The account team is also very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration to share point was broken for awhile. That was eventually fixed though. There are other small things that can make life easier for customers such as better reporting on outstanding evidences.

maintain compliance to regulations which in turn makes our business better.
Compliance made easy
What do you like best about the product?
To have a company like SG that helps simplify a very complex process - it allows you to focus on your business priorities while they help with the compliance/auditing. On top of that, their CS support is very timely and helpful.

Nothing to note. To this point only positive interactions.

What do you like best about the product?
Working with Kevron from Strike Graph has been like having an extension of my team, assisting with compliance guidance, documentation, audit prep, and open conversation about initiatives across our business. The compliance dashboard, document templates, and resources available make enhancing a security and compliance program a breeze. I have been thrilled with the progress and process of interacting with Strike Graph as a whole, but certainly with Kevron in particular.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any downsides in working with Strike Graph. My situation may be pretty simple, but I have been offered resources above what I even need and have really only scratched the surface of the offerings available through the compliance dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strike Graph is helping me get a handle on compliance audit, assisting with advice, templates, structure, and guardrails for ensuring I have covered all items necessary to remain compliant.
Support is quick, and detailed instructions are given to complete steps in the SOC process.

Our Account Manager is there to answer all questions we have had so far.
