What do you like best about the product?
The support from their CS team, and the abilities of the tool to actually help us save time and get our assessment done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Nothing bad to say here. Not sure why I need many characters to say nothing... But there you have it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to quickly get our SOC2. With SG we went from 0 to hero in a just 3 short months.
Exceptional Tool for SOC II Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the way Strike Graph tracks progress and shows what items need the most attention. This feature helps me see how practical completion is and understand where we stand, especially since there are so many items involved in an audit. The initial setup was good, and I find it valuable for obtaining a SOC II certification.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to better see which outstanding items are applied to multiple controls. It only shows it as outstanding for one control instead of both, which makes it look like there’s more than one evidence needed when it’s really the same evidence for more than one control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Strike Graph for security audits to obtain a SOC II certification. I like how it tracks progress and highlights what needs attention, helping us see practical completion and the status of many audit items.
Good plataform to track certifications with built-in library
What do you like best about the product?
It has a built-in library, so it helps to find what are the actions to follow
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the description is misleading, like for Code Review, it mentioned implementation, but that happens on the development phase

we want to achieve some certifications, and the platform is helping us to do that
Strike Graph is fairly clear in communicating expiration date in its reminders.
What do you like best about the product?
Reminders are helpful, but not obnoxious.

I wish the reminder emails would specify the date that an evidence item expired instead of just saying "soon."

Resource library. The templates are a great place to get started when I don't know what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The account management structure. I would prefer ongoing (on a cadence) guidance to drive completion (like a scrum master) vs very hands-off approach. Initial meetings and guidance was provided and that helped ge tus off to a good start.

Strike Graph makes the compliance process smooth and stress-free. The platform is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to navigate SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other security frameworks without unnecessary complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Strike Graph team lacks regular check-ins and outreach. Although the platform is intuitive, quarterly check-ins would help monitor progress and address compliance needs. More engagement would benefit companies navigating compliance for the first time.

Strike Graph is solving the complexity and inefficiency of managing security compliance, particularly for frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001. Before using Strike Graph, the process felt overwhelming and manual, with scattered documentation and unclear next steps.The platform streamlines everything—automating evidence collection, simplifying risk assessments, and providing a clear roadmap to certification.
Strikegraph SOC 2 compliance was made fast and easier and UI/Auditor friendly.

Strikegraph makes the SOC 2 compliance process easier to understand by automating a large portion of our team effort—their team's practical assistance during audits its crucial and in lowering anxiety and confusion.

Strikegraph is effective, some may find the initial process a bit overwhelming, and there could be a learning curve for those unfamiliar with compliance.

Strikegraph challenges in cybersecurity compliance, certification process, mitigating risks, and enhancing reporting/auditing capabilities.
