Great Product for controlling Business Phones

What do you like best about the product?
This is a helpfull tool for controlling and checking status of our company phones. You can easily also control phones from other side of the planet if needed. With these functions and how we are using this software it's a great tool for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only problems come when phones sometimes doesn't connect to internet while they are on kiosk mode. Then you need an actual person to go to phones and check what's happening. Sometimes the issue is that phones have been dropped out from wifi for example and mdm doesn't seem to try connect automatically to the wifi. This is the only minor downside where you need to have actual technical person in our company who needs to get access to the phones. But if you give users access to do that then it's not a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ManageEngine Desktop Central is solving problems to have multiple company phones with correct softwares on those also distributing stuff to the phones is kinda easy via ManageEngine Desktop Central.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent and easy to understand modules from Inventory management, patch management, software management, mobile device management to Remote control. It is one of the market leaders compared to Sccm or intune
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of dependency with the agent installation and upgradation part. Sometimes with the agent upgradation required, few systems dont auto upgrade and become unreachable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inventory management, patch management, mobile device management, software license management and most importantly remote control of endpoints. Vendor support is excellent amd reachable over chat support within few minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
Very fast implementation, friendly UI, many tools and reporting capabilities. Large configuration capabilities to customize customer needs. Native integration with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to get more logs from remote software implementation. Capabilities to store software into online repositories such Drive, better compatibility with Linux. as it is a little bit limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iso 27001 controls: Inventory, amazing continuous assets update, simple to collect software and hardware. Technical and executive reports and metrics. Remote controls on distributed environment.

nothing , I cannot find a trainer who is fully familiar with the product in the Arabian Gulf

It helps me restart many devices at a specific time and servers, publish updates to everyone automatically

What do you like best about the product?
It fulfills our need for Inventory, Patch, and Mobile Management. A decent amount of documentation to get the job done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a little difficult to navigate, especially if you're running both Inventory/MDM, since inventory lists are siloed and do not merge. Trying to diagnose random failings of patch management are tough when the provided help usually explain the 'basics'. Nonethless a Google search helps fix that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our inventory control, mobile device management and remote desktop support are crucial to what we're looking for, and Manage Engine is fulfilling just that. It may not be a perfect solution, but it's the most cost-effective by far.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to see all of my computers at a glance, what patches they need, which are the important ones to get out and the fact that it is cloud based now is the icing on the cake!
What do you dislike about the product?
The website is not always the easiest to locate exactly what you want to do but when you do it works perfectly...Couldn't be more pleased. A little more intuitive interface might be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Desktop Central provides me with an easy to use way to keep all of my endpoints patched properly. I find myself far more productive because it enables me to make the best use of my time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Absolutely try the free trial and see what it can do for you!

What do you like best about the product?
We can manage remote offices and remote systems using endpoint manager
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems everything is ok in manageengine Endpoint manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can able manage the remote Laptops/Desktops and Mobile devices on a single console and also apply necessary patches remotely without touching the endpoint.

What do you like best about the product?
The support from the ManageEngine experts has been first rate. The simplicity of setting up and starting to use the Cloud version has been brilliant

Nothing so far. Every thing has worked as described and any problems have been quickly fixed or advice given by the team.

The big thing that its helped with is IT Asset Management, but we are also enjoying being able to move our MDM and OS Deployments to a single pane of glass
