I find ManageEngine Endpoint Central incredibly useful, having used it for over a year now. I appreciate the Patch Management feature, which effectively handles both operating system updates and third-party applications, ensuring our company's systems are always up-to-date and secure. The product's remote control functionality is invaluable for managing client computers, providing seamless remote access and support, which is crucial for efficient IT operations. The application deployment and update feature simplifies the installation and maintenance of software across multiple devices, saving considerable time and effort. Additionally, I found the initial setup process to be straightforward, making for an easy integration into our existing IT infrastructure. I’m also impressed with the customer support, who promptly addressed my inquiry about a dedicated application for a company, resolving it in just two days. Overall, ManageEngine Endpoint Central stands out as an excellent tool that significantly enhances my ability to manage and secure company computers effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main challenge I face with ManageEngine Endpoint Central is related to customer support's requirement for complete log information during troubleshooting. Due to our company's strategy, I am often unable to provide full log details and this hinders the support process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ManageEngine Endpoint Central for patch management, remote control of client computers, installing and updating applications, and managing company computers, making these tasks more efficient and easier.

  • November 13, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and breadth of features ManageEngine Endpoint Central offers, making it a robust tool for endpoint management. The product is incredibly beneficial for software deployment and patching with its online repository that automatically updates, making the process of maintaining up-to-date software a breeze. The plethora of reporting tools and dashboards allow for detailed oversight, and the ability to decline patches and categorize software adds a layer of customization that I find invaluable. This tool makes managing both Mac and Windows devices significantly easier, which was a pleasant surprise after initially adopting it for MDM of Mac devices. Its straightforward initial setup also deserves praise. Ultimately, the seamless management capabilities and comprehensive feature set of ManageEngine Endpoint Central make it an indispensable asset in my toolkit, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to colleagues, as evidenced by my high likelihood of recommending it with a score of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the remote PowerShell feature not fully interactive, which limits functionality in terms of auto-completing commands and using the up arrow to access recent commands. This causes me to manually copy and paste commands or check them on a local computer before executing them remotely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find ManageEngine Endpoint Central simplifies endpoint management, making patching, software deployment, and system management easy. The automatic updates and extensive reporting tools reduce the effort of maintaining up-to-date software, enhancing our operational efficiency.

Efficient Patch Management with Minor macOS Annoyance

  • November 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate the automatic patch management solution provided by ManageEngine Endpoint Central, allowing us to efficiently address security vulnerabilities by pushing patches for both OS and third-party applications. The ease of setting up ManageEngine Endpoint Central stands out with its super easy and plug-n-play nature, which significantly reduces the hassle during implementation. Additionally, the support team is consistently helpful, enhancing our overall experience by providing reliable assistance whenever needed. These aspects collectively contribute to a robust and effective IT management solution that aligns well with our organizational needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that for macOS agents of ManageEngine Endpoint Central, we continuously have to reinstall the agent whenever macOS has an update. This issue arises because the agent on the device stops communicating with ManageEngine, necessitating a reinstallation to re-establish connections. This problem disrupts the workflow and requires additional effort from my IT team to maintain functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ManageEngine Endpoint Central for automatic patch management, solving security vulnerabilities and allowing remote troubleshooting, enhancing our IT support capabilities and ensuring devices are updated securely.

Effortless Device Management, Detailed report and Outstanding Support

  • November 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
ManageEngine Endpoint Central provides us with an excellent platform for managing all our devices (over 1,230), ranging from Mac to Windows, iOS, and Linux. The Licensing is easy to patch to our server once we have the .xml file. The Patch management automation and software deployment save our team a lot of time. The Dashboard provides a clear overview of all our system health and SecOps compliance reports, making it easier to audit during our weekly meetings. The integration was so easy that even our interns can deploy and implement it. ManageEngine simplifies our patching, vulnerability, and security compliance concerns. Lastly, the ManageEngine support team was excellent. They are very professional, expert, and helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
The Endpoint Platform is powerful, and if you're a first-time user, especially in a larger environment with no prior knowledge, the initial setup can be a bit challenging. Sometimes, if you are not aware of the settings, some updates or feature updates require a restart, which can disrupt your operations, or your senior leaders may come after you. The ease of implementation is excellent. However, be aware of and read everything thoroughly before implementing it. This is not dislike or hate for the product, but more feedback based on my experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ManageEngine simplified all our Endpoint devices for patching, software deployment, and asset monitoring. That's why we are still using these tools instead of M-Intune. There are issues, especially on macOS and Linux devices, when using opponent tools. They required an additional third party to work on the devices, which took a significant amount of effort and time.

All-in-One Tool for Simplified Endpoint Administration

  • November 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
ManageEngine Endpoint Central provides a comprehensive set of tools to manage and secure all endpoints from a single console. As an administrator, I really value its automated patch management, remote troubleshooting, and software deployment features. The dashboard is well-organized and provides clear visibility of devices across different locations. Integrations with Active Directory and other ManageEngine tools make it easier to streamline operations. It’s especially useful for enforcing security policies and keeping systems compliant without much manual effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is powerful, the interface can sometimes feel a bit dated, and initial setup can be time-consuming. Some reports take longer to load when managing a large number of endpoints. Also, certain advanced configurations (like custom scripts and automation templates) could be made more intuitive for quicker deployment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ManageEngine Endpoint Central helps us manage all our company devices from one place. It saves time by automating patch updates, software installs, and remote troubleshooting. We no longer have to do manual updates on each machine, and it’s much easier to keep everything secure and up to date.

Effortless Migration, Stellar Support, and Powerful Patch Visibility

  • October 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Our team really appreciates this system, especially for the visibility it provides into all the patches. We can even see which version of Windows 11 is installed on each machine. Recently, we needed to remove Windows 11 25H2 due to some issues, and thanks to this feature, we were able to quickly identify the affected machines and create a script to remove it. The system is user-friendly and offers great flexibility, particularly for users who are off VPN. We can remotely access their machines to assist them, and they still receive updates from UEM even when not connected to VPN (Cloud Edition). The implementation process was extremely straightforward, and migrating from on-premises to the cloud was effortless. We rely on this system daily to support our end users, both on-premises and remotely, and it consistently performs well. Whenever I have needed assistance with the software, support has been quick to respond and even offers screen sharing if necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are somethings lacking for example the Browser Reporting tool that can be enabled, doesn't show what an user has been to in detail just that they went there, this can cause issue with investigation internally, however i have learned from ME that that is something that they are actively working on !!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching, End user support,

Effortless Patch Management and Real-Time Vulnerability Updates

  • October 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
One of the biggest advantages is being able to apply patches to my entire network at once and fix vulnerabilities, and the portal receives constant updates, showing me new vulnerabilities in my network as soon as they are published, ensuring that I always have a more secure environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the few things I don't like about the console is that I don't have a report of software installation attempts that were blocked by the App Control module, which means I have to do more work to find out which software was blocked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I keep my system up-to-date, applying patches across the entire network using a dedicated tool. I also have an updated software portal where users can install approved software without needing IT support through a service request, and it also provides better protection when using web browsers.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that I can support end users without needing to physically access or remotely connect to their systems, thanks to the comprehensive set of tools and features included with Endpoint Central. Managing both hardware and software assets across the organization is straightforward and efficient.

It is challenging to provision users in the user administration module, especially when assigning them to remote offices. Additionally, the reports section could use significant improvements.
