ManageEngine is one of the best MDMs out in the Market today
What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the features that are available such as quickly deploying apps to devices, adding applications to self-service and deploying software patches. We switched over from Intune since it lacked a lot of features that Endpoint Central offers (such as scoping policies to individual devices and repushing policies)
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that there is a lack of documentation to setup Endpoint Central. It can be very confusing at first especially with the lack of migration tools to assist in migrating from another MDM (ie Intune).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint Central helps with our onboarding process as well as pushing security fixes and patches to our devices. We are trying to move to a cloud-only model and Endpoint central helps us achieve that goal.
Great IT Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
Vast Variety of tools for computer management
What do you dislike about the product?
Threat Vulnerability add-on should be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT Management, Patching, OS deployment
Endpoint Central from ManageEngine: A Capable UEM System with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I recently had the opportunity to use Endpoint Central from ManageEngine, and I wanted to share my thoughts on the product. Overall, I found it to be a very capable UEM system with a lot of positives, as well as a few areas for improvement.
One thing that stood out to me right away was how easy it was to implement Endpoint Central. There were plenty of guidance and tutorials available, which made it a breeze to get started quickly. I also appreciated the fact that the built-in basics of the UEM system were well-designed and mature, providing me with a solid foundation to build on.
Another strong point of Endpoint Central was the ability to customize the dashboards to fit my specific needs. This feature allowed me to tailor my experience and view only the information that was relevant to me, which was a huge benefit.

What do you dislike about the product?
However, I did find that some of the views were not as intuitive as I would have liked. This could be frustrating at times, and I hope that ManageEngine will make some improvements to streamline the user experience in the future.
Additionally, I experienced some issues with desktop access over the internet. It was slow and lacked usability, which made it difficult to work efficiently as a remote worker. I also noticed that some pop-ups and the self-service portal looked outdated and could use a redesign to better match user demands.
Despite these issues, I found Endpoint Central to be a very good product with a lot of value for businesses. The support from ManageEngine was also excellent, which is always an important factor when evaluating a software product.
Overall, I would recommend Endpoint Central to anyone looking for a capable UEM system. While there is certainly room for improvement, the positives far outweigh the negatives, and I believe that ManageEngine is committed to making ongoing improvements to the product.

Great software that you should try it
What do you like best about the product?
I use automatic patch deportment for client computers to save us a lot of time.
Also, no hardware maintenance needs, easy to use, and you can see the result from the report.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users refuse to do the Windows update; we can use EC to force them to do it. Also, they will not reboot their computer after Windows updates. We can use EC to schedule time for them to reboot their system.
Reliable patching for Mac and Windows systems
What do you like best about the product?
Provides reliable patching for Mac and Windows devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the portal management controls are not immediately intuitive, but we expect that this will improve with continued use and once we complete a formal onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been looking for a reliable solution to patch Mac and Windows devices that are onsite and offsite.
Quite possibly one of the most complicated and annoying pieces of software available.
What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to remote into a workstation on our network. It allows us to push updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever I need to get into Endpoint Central (I'm going to call it DTC, because the name Endpoint Central is dumb), it's logged out. I have to log in again, which takes me too long. When I do finally get logged in, before I can search for a workstation, I'm interrupted by popups that have to be cleared. This is infuriating.
The interface is not well layed out. There is too much information fighting for my attention when I'm just trying to search. What I want to see is a list of all of the devices that DTC knows about, organized by type. I want to be able to click on one of them and do common commands like "remote into" or "push software out to" or something. I don't mean the stupid little green dropdown either. If I get that and it's at the bottom of the page, then it pops below the bottom edge of the page. This forces me to scroll, which adds more barriers between me and what I want to get done.
The remote window works great with a single window that matches the shape of the monitor that I'm using. Unfortunately, most of our stations have anywhere from 1 to 6 monitors. The default view is to try and fit the screen to my screen. That makes text really hard to read when my 1080p monitor tries to read a vertical 4k monitor. Displaying the actual size is more useful, but is a giant pain because of how the view port automatically moves around based on the position of my mouse. How about you let me control where I'm looking rather than trying to guess?
I hate having to use this product.
Also? This survey is poorly designed graphically. Having input boxes above the fold is important, I understand that, but piling things up horizontally and putting the next button on the bottom where your instinct is to press it is dumb. Pile everything vertically. Do the same with DTC. Put your buttons at the bottom so we know to scroll down.

This is a duplicate question from the first page. I use it to remote into systems and push out software.
Endpoint Central has all of the features we needed in an easy to use format
What do you like best about the product?
Endpoint Central has many useful features that do not require a ton of time to get up to speed with. The layout is very intuative and easy to use. It pulls all the information one could need regarding the endpoints. If you do get into a bind, their support is usually very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly speaking, there are not a lot of downsides to Endpoint Central that I could speak of. Obviously, it is not the cheapest solution out there but you do get what you pay for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint Central has helped us to keep track of all our endpoints as well as get live status and health readings on them. It also allows us to remotely connect and even patch them.

Is is a full featured software suite that is easy to configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The remote control sofware is lacking in some of the potential functionality it could have compared to competitors.
