User-Friendly Interface and Outstanding Support

  • December 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how user-friendly the interface is. The support team is both kind and efficient, which I find very helpful. There are many useful tools available on the server, which encourages me to use it every day. Installation on-premise was straightforward, and deploying it to my endpoints was also very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it somewhat frustrating that the Mobile Device Management feature is limited in terms of the files you can import onto devices. It doesn't allow you to place files in specific locations, and only certain general file types are supported. This means it's not possible to import settings files for custom apps, which is a drawback for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint Central addressed the main issue I was looking to solve when I purchased it: resolving security problems caused by outdated third-party software. In addition, I needed a more reliable remote control solution, as my previous one was outdated and insecure. I was pleasantly surprised to find several useful tools integrated into the remote control feature, which have made assisting my users during remote sessions much easier. I also found that I could replace some of my group policies with configurations in Endpoint Central, which offer more options and work more effectively.

Efficient Endpoint Management with Some Learning Curve

  • November 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really value the remote software deployment feature of ManageEngine Endpoint Central, which allows me to push multiple software to multiple computers simultaneously without physically accessing each machine. This includes the capability for silent installations and uninstallations, ensuring minimal disruption to users. The ability to schedule rollouts and automate updates helps streamline our processes efficiently. The remote troubleshooting functionality is particularly beneficial because it lets me address tech issues without being on-site, which is incredibly useful given our large campus. Inventory and asset tracking features have been tremendously helpful, as they provide visibility into all network-connected devices, including connections to printers and other networks, and automatically track installed hardware and software. This tracking reduces the risk of losing unmanaged devices. Overall, ManageEngine Endpoint Central saves us a significant amount of time with its comprehensive set of features, making our work much more manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a hard time getting into ManageEngine Endpoint Central initially because there is just so much going on. The dashboard and user interface felt very complex and cluttered, which was overwhelming. Different tasks had multiple pathways that were hard to remember, and the names weren't as descriptive as I would have liked. This made it difficult in the beginning until I gained more experience with it. I think if it was more organized and less cluttered, it would have been more useful initially. Additionally, sometimes it is a bit laggy, especially with updates, which can take a while to process, though this might also be due to network issues. Occasionally, remote systems appear offline despite being connected to the network, which resolves itself after some time, but it's an inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ManageEngine Endpoint Central to manage multiple devices, keep software updated, track inventory, and perform remote troubleshooting, saving significant time. It automates updates, supports silent installations, and reduces risks of lost or unmanaged assets.

Comprehensive Endpoint Management That Simplifies Daily IT Work

  • November 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Endpoint Central is its patch management. It’s reliable, automated, and makes it easy to keep all endpoints secure. I started with the Professional license and eventually upgraded to Enterprise because the added features especially advanced patching and remote office management. Really made a big difference in day-to-day operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Endpoint Central is that some parts of the interface can be inconsistent. For example, certain dashboard charts sometimes display odd or mismatched characters, which can be confusing. I also frequently encounter bandwidth limitations in remote offices when I maximize usage for deployments or patching, it affects the whole site so I think I need to plan these configurations before deploying. These aren’t major issues, but they do impact the overall user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint Central solves several problems for us, especially around patching, software deployment, and managing remote offices. It centralizes updates, inventory, remote access, and configurations, so we don’t need multiple tools. This saves time, improves security through automated patching, and makes it easier to support users in different locations without going onsite. Overall, it streamlines IT operations and reduces downtime. We also utilize the built-in MDM alongside Microsoft Intune, which is very helpful whenever we run into license limitations. Endpoint Central serves as a solid and reliable alternative in those cases.
