What do you like best about the product?
Remote control - patch managment - easy to implement

it is difficult to remove agent if server fails

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is patch management. It makes systems secure by managing up-to-date patches very easily. You will feel safer thanks to the closed vulnerabilities. Doing this has been made quite simple. In addition, software installation and remote support issues make the technicians' job much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's actually nothing I don't like about it. Maybe a few improvements can be made in reporting and filtering processes.

It provides convenience in matters such as end user support, remote application installation, and patch management.

it's easy to deploy certs for software integration.

the remote viewer is kinda clunky. i use it daily and find when there are multiple screens it bounces around too much

Very easy to use with brilliant customer support. Inventory tab is extremely helpful in my role with managing assets accross the organisation and to look up asset history.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are issues with remoting on to PC's however these are notmally rectified quickly 2) the number of times i have to log in throughout the day

It helps with the ability to look at all assets, see who is logged in, and the user history as well as deploying patches

iPad management is easy to set up and simple to manage apps and updates

Custom Windows scripts can be difficult to get to work.

We are now able to prevent students from making changes to settings on the school owned devices.

- Take a bit of time to learn everything. There are a lot of feature in this product.

- Able to access PCs remotely with out an VPN. Also deploy patches to PC that are remote.
Probably the best option you could choose when taking a decision about MDM's

What i liked the most was the centralized management you have with Endpoint Central, you can control everything, from everywhere, to anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, the feature that i didn't like as much as others was the patch management, it is really good because you can easily control patches, but it is a little bit hard to understand from zero, how it works and how it is built, to get the best profit out of it.

I don't really know, almost everything works well... no need to fix anything.
Fantastic End point management, R.M.M and patching tool. Definitely a market leader!

Managed Engine Endpoint console has assisted us immensly with patch management,which has eliminated manual patching of our servers via Windows(W.S.U.S).
To schedule an ad-hoc session, all that is needed is an remote session offered via the inhouse RMM tool, almost eliminating end user interaction.
We have also gotten on top of our application management via this tool, that assists end users to update their applications with minimal or no input from them, thereby reducing human interaction and errors.
The support when we have faced technical issues has also been top-notch and highly interactive.

Like described in the review, it is a one stop shop for all end point management, analystics, patch and app management and a great analytics tool.
This reduces dependency on having multiple tools, thereby reducing our capex costs.
