remote management software is what I think is great.

none that I know of yet, but shows alot of what I need.

I am able to get patching working just fine after a little setup.

Manage Endpoints from Center of location through Endpoint Central
What do you like best about the product?
Endpoint Central is a unified management solution from which you can manage endpoint from center of location to the endpoints like servers, laptop, desktop etc. It is easy to use from which, we can easily manage or restricts the enduser machine. Also, Endpoint Central is easy to implement in organisation. In Endpoint Central, we can easily integrate the ManageEngine Service Desk Plus and other products. we can use this product on daily bases for patching, software deployment, remote acsess and so on.
In Endpoint central we have features like OS Deployment, Browser Security, Device Control Plus, Bitlocker Management, Application control, Endpoint DLP, NexGen Antivirus, VMP. using this Add-ons we can do hardning of organization. Also, critical case we get support from ManageEngine Endpoint Central Team.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about endpoint central.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Endpoint Central, we can manage all the endpoints from the center of the location. Also, ManageEngine Endpoint Central is capable of patching, software deployment, inventory management and remotecontrol using these basic features, we can easily manage all the endpoints from the center of the location. Also, ManageEngine Endpoint Central has add-on features like Application Control Plus, Bitlocker Management, Device Control, Browser Control, Endpoint DLP, NexGen Antivirus and MDM. Using these features, we can harden the organization from the center of the location. Also, from MDM. we can track the assets by there geolocation and have so many features that help solve problems.

User device management is a repetitive task, consuming a considerable amount of time that is typically diverted from more important activities. From this perspective, this product enables the execution of repetitive operations and intervention only in extremely rare cases.
With this product, we have enhanced the quality of work performed as installation procedures are now consistently executed, without the risk of human variables. We have reduced the time spent on repetitive tasks with low added value.
We can remotely install software and configurations more easily compared to using group policies and MSI packages, without the need for remote connections.
We no longer have to wait for users to be available to perform PC maintenance, and we can act autonomously, automatically powering on devices and shutting them down without manual intervention.
Furthermore, we have a comprehensive overview of update statuses and can prioritize devices with critical and hazardous situations.
We have truly changed the way we work and would never go back.

Sometimes the interface may not be entirely intuitive, but by following the available guides on the ManageEngine portal or reaching out to technical support, we always manage to get what we need.

We have solved issues regarding time dedicated to device maintenance.
We have solved issues of uniformity and standardization.
We have resolved remote control issues; now we always have the situation under control, even with our mobile users.

What do you like best about the product?
Managed Engine Endpoint Central is user-friendly, with an intuitive interface that makes it easy to navigate and configure settings. The dashboard provides a clear overview of the endpoint status and allows for quick access to key features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes informmation on how to configure something is a little difficult to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of our biggest issues is inventory management. Enpoint Central helps us by searching thru our inventory using service tags rather than just the name of the computer.

makes it easy to make changes to AD without actually touching it. use it everyday to any number or administratoin work. has a lot of features and settings to help you get the best experience possible.

sometimes when you push a request it won't go through even if it was executed. this could be for any number of reasons but from time to time i see where it fails for no reason what so ever

What do you like best about the product?
The most important features of ManageEngine Endpoint Central are the ability to remote control computers and software/patch management. Endpoint Central offers many useful features when remote controling a computer especially for break-fix scenarios, such as locking user inputs, shortcuts to task manager, sending ctrl+alt+del to a machine all in an intuitive web UI menu. The software and patch managemnet aspects of Endpoint Central allow our IT department to stay ahead of vulnerabilities, remove unwanted software, and ensure our environment is up to date on Windows and MacOS updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the least helpful aspects of ManageEngine Endpoint Central is that their support chat feature frequently results in long wait times to hear back from Endpoint Central regarding an issue you may be experiencing. But, there is a large commuity and I've found that I'm able to find solutions for my problems more quickly by searching the forums where other users share similar experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ManageEngine Endpoint Central solves patching and security issues as well as endpoint remote control. Patching allows us to stay up to date with vulnerabilities and ensure we're compliant with modern security standards, and remote control features allow our helpdesk to address issues immediately. Both of these aspects help our IT department support our end users effectively.

The software was simple to setup and easy to use.

so far i have not found anything i dislike about the product.

We had another soulution for patching we were not satisfied with. We installed a trial and with in a couple of hours we knew we were going to purchase Endpoint Central. The patching schedules were easy to setup and manual deployments work great.
