OF THE BEST TECHNOLOGICAL INVESTMENTS WE MADE
What do you like best about the product?
At the Firm, we have been using ManageEngine Endpoint Central for 3 years. We were looking for a solution to unify the management of our various devices and improve our security posture. With Endpoint Central, we covered this need.
The interface is intuitive and allows tasks such as patch management, software inventory, and access control to be performed efficiently. The vulnerability detection feature has been especially useful for quickly identifying and remediating potential threats.
Easy to install and without setbacks, the local Partner helped us with the installation, and in less than 3 hours, it was already in production with AD integration included. Since then, I use it every day.
As for ManageEngine's technical support, it has always been attentive and resolute; whenever I need them, they are there. (This is what I like the most, the attention from support)
In summary, Endpoint Central has been a valuable investment for our organization. It has allowed us to improve the security of our endpoints, increase the efficiency of our processes, and reduce costs.

What do you dislike about the product?
Today I have servers with LINUX OS but I am not using it due to the complexity of setting them up. Even so, I believe that if I dedicate more time and with the help of support, I would be implementing it later on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Among the most important points, I mention these two that personally serve me:
*Patch management
*Software inventory

Excellent Tool for Remote User Access
What do you like best about the product?
We use it to remotely access our users' machines since it gives us full control over their machines. This tool is handy for patching, updating, and conducting bulk installations on user machines. Furthermore, Desktop Central offers a variety of features for to run batch files on users's machines and allows the admin to copy and paste files directly to user machines without the users noticing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the agent will not upgrade some users' machines if their machines have been turned off or out of internet access for quite some time. That's the only concern we have if the agent upgrade fails, it becomes difficult for us to get them back on the network. It's not very common, but it still gives us a hard time when it happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The majority of our users work remotely, It allow us to remotely access their machines. It stays connected to users with our network through an agent that gives us all the details of the computer like how many update patches are missing or when it was restarted last time etc. Remote access is a basic need of your Enterprise.
Affordable, has all I need, but UI could be better
What do you like best about the product?
Has capabilities like Software, Hardware Inventory, a good patch management system, OS imaging, software deployment, and remote control which I like the most. Easy to use once you are familiar with the UI. We use this platform for our Software and Device management coupled with RRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the UI, and the Support is quite responsive but all they say is "We will fix this issue in the next release".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ticketing System - Quite good, just set up a request lifecycle and it is working great. The automation sometimes breaks but not bad. The asset management could have been better by adding an option to import the asset from the Endpoint Central instead of doing a scan in Active Directory.
Patch Management - Good inventory of patches but lacks the latest patches or you would have to upload the patches manually. We are using the Policy "User intervention" which pops up a lot, it could have been more simpler if it would download the patches in one go and do a restart only once for all the updates that require a restart instead of a restart for a patch'.
Software management - Nice and easy way to install, no complaints.
RRM: Easy to use, has all the features that we need.
MDM: Really good, push application real fast.
